¿Cuándo una petición de asilo es negada, al cuanto tiempo después se recibí orden de deportación? Mi sobrina entro de México en agosto del 2023 y solicito asilo pero le fue negado. Ella tiene un novio ciudadano y se quieren casar. ¿Puede ella arreglar?
Pregunta:
¿Qué tan cierto es que una carta de invitación debe venir de un ciudadano? Yo soy residente permanente desde el 2016 y quisiera invitar a mi madre para que me visite. Ella tiene 74 años y es de México. Ella no tiene ninguna intención de quedarse aquí y nunca ha venido a EE. UU. ¿Le puedo hacer una carta de invitación? ¿Si no la puedo hacer yo, uno de mis hijos ciudadanos la puede hacer?

¿El proceso de solicitar la renovación del DACA ha cambiado? Mi hija lo ha renovado ya 3 veces solita y ahora le pidieron evidencias adicionales. Nunca habían pedido nada y ella no tiene ningún arresto o problema de policía.
