Are you ready to answer the call of higher vibrations?
Join us in an enlightening conversation with April as she breaks down the energetic scale of vibrations, helping us understand the profound connection between our feelings and the frequencies they resonate at.
From the foggy lows of guilt, grief, fear, shame, and apathy, to the heady highs of courage, love, joy, and peace – she guides us on a path toward emotional awareness that could revolutionize your life, and the world. The takeaway? Aiming for higher vibrations like love and joy can create a ripple effect of positivity, illuminating the planet with a higher frequency.

In the second part of our journey, Lisa & April share tools to help us hack into our subconscious and reprogram old narratives. She presents a unique technique to help us shift our thoughts rapidly, highlighting the power of our minds to choose joy over despair. And it's not all theory – April suggests practical steps to harness higher vibration feelings for subconscious reprogramming, like seeking miracles in our everyday lives and creating situations that enable us to feel emotions of a higher vibration. It's a thought-provoking discussion on vibrational frequencies and their transformative potential.
So, if you're ready to elevate your vibes and rewrite your subconscious, this is an episode you won't want to miss!

harnessing the power of yoursubconscious mind.
Today's topic is all aboutfeelings and how our feelings
truly do shape the environments, the energy and the world that

(00:24):
we are living in.
Listen in.

Speaker 3 (00:27):
You're listening to the Paradigm you podcast.
You're about to starttransforming your life by
growing your mind and expandingyour paradigms.

you'd share with a good friend.
This podcast will serve uptopics that weigh on our hearts
and keep us up at night, whetherit's navigating parenthood and
becoming an adult, or wayfinding, personal development, marriage
and money.
You, my friend, are in theright place.

(00:49):
I'm glad you're here.

Speaker 4 (00:50):
Hello and welcome, welcome listeners.
Lisa Sarnowski here, and I amhere with the amazing April
Merluzki-Hudsonski, and today weare going to keep this one
super short and simple, but wepromise you it is equally as
powerful for you to understandthis key part in order to

(01:11):
harness the power of yoursubconscious mind.
So today we are sharing allabout why it's important for you
to understand the importance offeelings on your journey.
April, talk to us about theimportance of feelings with
reprogramming our subconsciousmind.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
Yeah, let's go for it .
All right, don't be fooled, this is going to be a short
episode, but it is jam-packedwith good stuff.
So when we're reprogramming oursubconscious minds, our
subconscious mind is going tolink the thoughts that we have
to feelings.
And if we can get into thefeelings of whatever we're
wanting to create in our lifeand we can drop into that

(01:55):
environment and we can imagineourselves feeling it, we can
smell the smells, we can feelall the feelings, we can truly
create a different level ofawareness of whatever that
future envisioned self that wewant to create is going to
actually be.
That's going to reprogram oursubconscious at a completely
different level than if we justthink a thought and we just let

(02:17):
it stop right there.

Speaker 4 (02:19):
Yeah, the language of our mind is really
multi-sensory and so being ableto tap into, going back to last
week and we were rewriting thestories for yourself, if you
think about who you want to be ayear from now, how will you
feel?
How will you feel and reallytap into that?
Because really, as human beings, we are simply energy and what

(02:43):
our subconscious mind loves themost is really tapping into the
highest vibrations of our energy.
April share with the listeners, real quick, some of those top
energy vibrations that we wantto tap into.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
Oh, watch out, you guys.
If you start going down thisrabbit hole with me, you are
going to have so much fun.
So I've mentioned in thepodcast over the years a book
called Power Versus Force andthis is by David R Hawkins and
he talks about the energeticscale and how we can link our

(03:19):
feelings to differentfrequencies that our bodies are
going to be vibrating at.
So some of those high levels.
So actually let's start at thelow levels, lisa, if you don't
mind, because I think it'simportant to recognize, because
you might be like, ooh, I'm here, but I want to take myself to
the next level, that might be alittle bit different.
Then, oh, yep, I hear thesehigh levels, but I'm not there

(03:41):
yet.
So let me talk about some ofthese, because when I came into
this concept and this scale, Iwas in a pretty dark spot and
for listeners who've listenedfor quite a few years, you know
you've walked alongside thatjourney with me and you know I
was in the spot.
I was feeling a lot of guilt andgrief and fear and shame and,

(04:01):
for example, grief, apathy, guilt and shame.
Those are all in the sufferingcategory and those are very low
vibration.
Shame, for example, is at a 20,and grief it goes up to grief,
which is 75.
Fear, though I think fear is animportant one that a lot of us
can relate to that's 100 ifwe're looking at that energetic

(04:21):
scale.
So then, if you go up the scalea little bit more, we're going
into a struggling state, andthat would be things like desire
, anger, pride.
Those are, for example, desiresat 125, anger is at 150, pride
is 175, and sometimes I thinksome people might think pride.

(04:42):
That wouldn't be a negativething, but from the lens of how
you're, you know, vibrating andwhat energetic environment
you're creating for thefrequency scale, that's not
exactly the numbers that you'rewanting to aspire to.
We're looking for things likecourage, which would be more of
an empowerment stance, and thatwould be at a level 200.

(05:03):
But then, if you keep going up,you're going into that
transformation state.
That's a really exciting spotto be.
That's like when you're willingto explore who you are and
where you want to go.
Or acceptance, for maybe, forexample, for giving all of your
past and releasing someattachment to the future,
acceptance would be at a 350,but then we start getting really

(05:26):
high and this is where it getsa little wildly.
So, for example, love is at 500, joy is at 540, peace is at a
frequency of 600, and then we'reall shooting for that
enlightenment of 700 to 1000.
Kind of wild if you startlooking at it from an energetic

(05:47):
stance.
But the reason we wanted to talktoday about feelings is because
you may be at a place of fearright now.
There's a lot of people, there's a lot of weird things
happening in the world.
There sure are, yeah.
And if you look at it from afrequency and an energy level,
if a lot of the world is feelingand operating at that 100 spot

(06:11):
for fear, if we go back to thefear level, that's a lower
frequency on this planet and wewant to get that up higher.
We want to aspire more towardsthat love and joy frequency.
But to do that you may have toactually tap into your
subconscious and change some ofthe stories that you've been
having on repeat in your ownmind so that you can raise and

(06:33):
elevate that.
You know I have an equation, lisa, that I keep on my bathroom
mirror and it says my thoughtsequal my feelings, my feelings
equal my vibration and myvibration equals my frequency.
So it really comes back tothose thoughts that we were
talking about last week when wewere talking about the stories.

Speaker 4 (06:52):
Yeah, absolutely and, listeners, really tapping into
these higher level vibrationfeelings is what will support
your subconscious reprogramming.
If you're here listening to usand you're an American, this is
our week of Thanksgiving.
Gratitude is a high vibe state,as well as love, and equally we

(07:14):
want to honor, wherever you'reat on the journey because
sometimes it's April referred tothat you're in that lower state
and you almost forgot what it'slike to be happy to have
unconditional love, to be atpeace, or even, as Deepak Chopra
says, his highest level ofenergy is one of awe and just

(07:35):
feeling an awe in life.
So what we would encourage youto do this week, as you continue
to move forward with yoursubconscious reprogramming, is
to consider Getting yourself ina situation or a space where you
actually feel something ofhigher vibration and really

(07:55):
allowing that feeling to soakover you and remembering that
feeling within the story thatyou wrote last week.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
I'm so excited for all of you to start working on
this.
You know this is an interestingjourney.
I will Do the disclaimer andsay when you start to pay
attention to this, you might belooking at me like, oh wow, I've
been operating and vibing at areally low level.
I was right there.
I was feeling a lot of shameand guilt and fear for a very

(08:28):
long time and what I can tellyou is when I started tapping
into subconscious reprogrammingand changing my thoughts and
changing the stories out were onrepeat.
That's when I was able to startchanging and elevating that
vibration up to a higher level.
But here's a really cool hack.
If you're like, where do I evenstart?

(08:48):
The first thing you can doreally easily is understand that
your brain can only have onethought at a time.
So if you, for example, are youlisten to last week at last
week's episode and you're likeholy cow, the stories that are
on repeat in my head are all atthat fear level.
I'm fearful of things.
I'm worrying about things thatare out of my control.
Change the thought and you canjust stop that.

(09:11):
At least I'll let you talk alittle bit more about how you
can change that rapidly becauseI know you've talked and
educated a lot of our studentswith an elevate on that.

Speaker 4 (09:20):
Yeah, we have a technique that we like to use
and it's really just a patternand eruption where you just tell
yourself like you catchyourself in the thought,
whatever that negative thoughtis, because it's Thanksgiving in
America and I know we haveglobal listeners, but I think
everyone can relate to the powerof being in the room of family
and sometimes the stress thatthat can create, and so if

(09:42):
you're in a situation, forexample, over the holidays, and
you find yourself in a negativethought, you can just tell
yourself, catch the thought andyou just say I'm not my thought,
I'm the observer of my thought, and then you just move your
attention to wherever you wantthat to be and something that
makes you feel Happier.
Okay, can, it could be anything, but the key is the awareness

(10:05):
and the real quick changing ofthe thought, and that that in
the itself takes energy.
But really where we want you tofocus this week is allowing
yourself to experiment and playand have fun in finding those
higher vibration feelings foryou in the show notes we would
like to share Maybe a link withthat be okay, april to some of

(10:27):
these, these higher vibration,so you can see what that looks
like an energetic scale andreally enjoy this time of year.
It's such a wonderful time ofyear when you can allow yourself
to simply be in it and acceptwhat what's around you.
You get to control how you feeland you get to control the

(10:47):
vibes that you're bringing toanything.

Speaker 2 (10:50):
Yeah, and if you're having a hard time with this
because, I'll be honest, when Iwas in a lower vibration energy,
I would say that it was harder, for if I heard something like
that and somebody's like youknow you got this, you can just
change your thoughts.
I'm like Okay, but I'mconstantly recalibrating my
thoughts every few seconds.

(11:10):
It was just on repeat.
I had somebody introduce me tothis concept and you know
there's actually really funvideo, least I'm not sure if
you're familiar with.
There's a National geographicphotographer.
What is his name?
D with jones, d with jones, andhe says look for what's right.

(11:31):
In any experience, if you lookfor what's right instead of
looking for what's wrong, thenyou're focusing your shifting
your attention, like you said, where you moving your attention
to.
So if it's instead of like, ohyeah, I'm just gonna try and
have that thought, if youactually decide, okay, I'm just
gonna look for what's rightright now Actually have a
practice that I've been tryingthe last few weeks and it's

(11:53):
looking for miracles on aregular basis.
So on a daily basis, I list outwhat are the miracles that are
all around me on a regular basis.
So that could be as simple as,like I have running water.
I'm really grateful for thatand it could be something much
larger, but I find that reallyhelpful to start looking for
what's right and recognizingthat if you have only one

(12:14):
thought at a time, you get tochoose those thoughts.
So on that note, we want to saywe are grateful for all of our
listeners.
We are so thankful and we arereally excited to tie all of
this together because now we'veGiving you a lot of tools to
start considering how you wantto reprogram your subconscious
and shift those thoughts and themindset and where you want to

(12:37):
go.
So next week we're gonna wrapit all up together and and we'll
bring it all home and give youall the tools so that you can
harness the power of yoursubconscious.
On that note, it is closingtime.
Cheers to good karma.
