Hello Everyone! On this episode of Paranoid in My Paradise @saimfarooqui @brooklnyletson @jeremyritchie18, Ft. @Mitch_wagner have MBA/soon to be medical student @jatin.garg28 on to have a conversation about Discipline vs Motivation, and many more topics including social media, friends, challenges, running, support systems and valuable questions. Discipline can be applied to both pleasant and unpleasant tasks. When it happens to be unpleasant how do we continue to strive through it and not fall back on just motivation? What happens when someone may not be, in a position to start the process of discipline? How can we get ourselves out of a hole if we do not have a support system? "what happens when someone needs that motivation to get that discipline?" Jatin explains why he believes discipline is more valuable than motivation, he says "the balance is very subjective, I think it all comes down to what you need at the moment. If you have the discipline you don't need that motivation but sometimes you need that motivation to get started. Ultimately I encourage people to find the discipline and stop relying on motivation" What should be important in life? Join us on this episode, we invite everyone with open arms, (and ears), you are not alone. #notalone
