Rianna opens up about her time spent in clinics, hospitals, wards, etc, as well as the pressures from family, anxiety, depression, while also enduring other mental health disorders, sharing valuable information in awareness of her own mental health, and for others who could be going through or went through the same thing. Rianna keeps it real and lighthearted, fighting stigma can be difficult and tough. Rianna is a role model who exemplifies it is possible to find your way even in a dark place. #NotAlone
