Killed Gary Lowers and left him in the woods.

And the policeman goes what's your name?

So then the policeman goesprank call right what?

would it be a prank if they're saying, like real
names and stuff yeah, he'salready on the record yeah, he,
he already has a record at thispoint I mean yeah, they probably
shouldn't have thought it was aprank.

And even if it was a prank, they should have probably
double checked, went out therechecked right.
They didn't, so later um peoplestart telling the police.
Ricky told me he killed Gary.

And then he took me and showed me where it is and
they're like are you pranking me?
Yeah, and so then they getthese cadaver dogs and they go
out there and they find the body.

They say that when they grabbed the body and they
picked it up, the head fell offbecause it had been out there so
long.
But it still had the clothes,still had everything like that.

So how are you going to tell me that they thought
that was a cat?

So that I don't understand either.
Right, because he's wearinglike an ACDC shirt.

Right, so anyway, anyways.
So then they say you know whatthis guy's the main suspect.

They arrest him oh, maybe because he cut off his
hair.

That's why they didn't recognize him maybe they
did say that when they went outthere the face was pretty much
gone completely.
Of course he did stab him inthe face a whole bunch of times,
but the short hair and then theshort hair.

Right, and so when they take him to, Gary didn't
have those eyes, yeah.
So they arrest him Right andthey arrest the two friends
Right, right away the twofriends they confess they did it
Right and the other guy, theone that stories about Ricky.

guys, oh Right, and everybody's kind of like, well,
you're the one that's sayingthat you did it.

So they arrest him uh-huh funny little thing
happens in jail um what rickykills himself right away man
yeah so he was out here killingpeople and once he one killed.
One person gets caught, killshimself right away I mean, he
got caught like yeah heliterally put it, like right on

the table and so then everybodyknows what's happened and they
kind of retrace the steps andthen so they go back to the
people, the guys who confessed,right, right, and they're like
so tell us again what happened,and they give a completely
different story.
Right, I mean, he's alreadydead, he is dead what is he
gonna say?
I didn't do it yeah, so thenthey go back third time, tell us

again what happened.
It's another, completelydifferent story three different
stories that are completelydifferent.
So there's this quote wherethey asked I think his name is
jimmy um, the one who wassupposedly holding the guy down,
holding Gary down and they askhim why is your story changing
all the time?

Like, like, what's the dealwith that?
And he says when the trees andthe stars are melting, it's hard
to remember what was real, solike they're just tripping balls
out there.

Yeah Right, and I'm going.
You're going to tell me youwere tripping balls and just
held someone down while theywere screaming.
I love my mom and the other onesaying say you love the devil
right?

yeah, that's exactly what they said.

So then, by then.
By the way, this all happenedon July 4th too, so around this
time of year.

Like a month, yeah, this month, oh we're recording

So then they take this guy.
The other one, Jimmy, they takehim to trial Because he's the
only one alive.
that was for sure part of thisright right and they try to
charge him with second degreemurder.
Well, when he's on the stand,he's not making any sense

because he doesn't remember this.
He doesn't remember that.
He thinks that there's a lionfrom a circus that escaped in
the woods.
It's just crazy stories, so hegets off.
So nobody went to prison forthis.
Fast forward a few years andthis guy, jimmy.

So they don't even hold them.

Nothing happened to any of them.
Well, the one guy killedhimself.

sentencing her so she did getsentenced she got sentenced, I
think 20 or 30 years somethinglike that.
