This week the Paranormal Podcast Crew, along with Tiffany Downing of “The Path Less Taken Hypnosis,” take a journey to learn about Hoodoo, Ifa, and Brujeria from Priestess Nicolette Paige of Soul Child Awakenings (https://soulchildawakenings.com) at her temple located in Kansas City Missouri!
This was our first "out in the field," interview and what a fantastic interview this was! She graciously hosted us in her temple and what began as our delve into Hoodoo turned into a journey into the life of an empowered woman who seeks to pass that empowerment on to those around her. Nicolette is powerful, full of vigor, and a hilarious guest!
Priestess Nicolette takes the time to explain Hoodoo to us with explanations for some of the origins, practices, and beliefs. We also lightly tread on other things she is a practitioner of such as Ifa, Burjeria, and her own encounter with the supernatural! She also joins us in our "ritual," of wine during the podcast, although this time we also included rum, which as we discovered, is a part of some of her rituals!
