Today, we get some behind-scenes on removing some Pawnee charter rules, Chris and Ron debate which motivation tactic is better, and Ann and Ben join forces to figure out Leslie's incessant anniversary gifts. Kudos to Leslie for moving Pawnee forward and bringing our town into the future while finding a compromise that suits its citizens best. :)
