People ask me what I eat to lose and maintain my weight. I don’t have a specific diet so I’m sharing my version of the food pyramid instead.  While in Hawaii on vacation I ate seafood, cheesecake, pizza, nachos, steak, sushi, veggies, eggs, bacon and cheeseburgers and my bikini was too big.
