Emily is a Clinical Strategy Director at DexCare, a platform that enables health systems to deliver convenient, accessible, and integrated care. She is a Certified Orthopaedic Nurse with over 15 years of experience in nursing management, care coordination, and patient education.

She is passionate about innovation and improving patient care access in ambulatory care. She excels at process improvement and project management, and has led several successful initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of orthopaedic services. She is also an advocate for the recognition of the unique and changing role of the nurse in ambulatory care, and strives to create a team-based care environment where each member has a unique role to play. Emily's athletic experience as a former track and field captain and record holder at Marquette University has shaped her leadership style and drive for success.
