It embodies self-love, self-trust, and self compassion, which allows others to feel safe being their full selves in the presence of it. Once you're able to embody this energy from the inside out, then magnetism happens naturally. You can trust yourself to be selective, stand by your decisions, yet remain curious and open to differing ideas and opinions.
