Long before they became pastors and leaders, they were simply two young students in Ethiopia—each searching for truth in a time of kings, communism, and spiritual confusion. He was raised under a royal dynasty that called itself “the power of the Trinity.” She grew up in a village where most children never saw a book. Both learned to read barefoot, both faced the rise of an atheist regime, and both found something greater than tradition—an encounter with the living God.

Their story begins with a witness from a younger brother, a single prayer that brought the Holy Ghost, and a baptism that would unite their destinies. From mission schools and government classrooms to secret church meetings and quiet songs of worship, this is the powerful beginning of two lives called by God—a calling that would one day demand everything.
