Whenever open carrying is brought up in conversation, people worry about hot heads and violence. It's a fair point. An unfortunate incident in Crossville over the weekend highlights this very real possibility. On Friday afternoon, outside the Crossville Courthouse, a Veteran was shot after an altercation turned physical. Today, it's been released that the man has succumbed to his injuries.
The man who pulled the trigger has been arrested, and the video of the event has been shared hundreds of times. Tonight we break it down and examine the legal implications of using your firearm.
And perhaps the least serious of all discussions today will be on Cracker Barrel. Everyone has an opinion and there may be some nefarious moves being made.
