Speaker 1 (00:03):
Hello again.
This is Patti, with.
Patti Talks Too Much, and todayI'm going to talk about
parasites.
I never realized that parasitesare as controversial as they
(00:23):
actually are.
I'll give you an example.
When I decided to do therheumatoid arthritis protocol to
reverse my condition, I talkedto my doctor and I said listen,
this is what I plan on doing.
I'm going to follow thisprotocol to address my
(00:43):
rheumatoid arthritis naturally.
And she says well, what are yougoing to do?
And I said well, there's aseries of cleanses that I'm
going to do.
I know that there are somesupplements, but I'm going to
start with a parasite cleanse.
And she cut me off, like Iwasn't even able to finish what
I was saying, and she said whoa, that's an internet fad.
(01:08):
She was actually really upsetwith me, like visibly upset with
me.
She said where did you get that?
That's an internet fad?
And I said, well, no, I got itfrom a book that I read, from a
naturopath who reversed herrheumatoid arthritis by doing a
series of cleanses and detoxesand supplements and adjusting
(01:29):
her nutritional intake.
And she said, oh, that's, shewouldn't let it go, it was a fad
.
So she was really basicallyupset with me.
You know, I decided to ignoreher, of course, and went about
my business following theprotocol that I had decided to
follow to reverse my condition.
(01:52):
So why are parasite cleanses sodarn controversial?
Well, we don't really have tothink that far back.
Remember that, far back when wemay recall, during the COVID
days, the controversy with JoeRogan right, who decided that he
(02:15):
was going to address his COVIDcase when he came down with
COVID, with ivermectin and a fewother things.
But do you remember howcontroversial ivermectin was?
I didn't understand.
It's like why is this harmlesslittle drug so controversial?
(02:36):
So it was an anti-parasitecleanse, it was an anti-parasite
drug and it was a Nobel Prizewinner.
It was like all of these things.
But suddenly it was horse paste, it was this, it was that it
was so demonized in the mediaand everything.
What the heck was going on.
And, of course, I smelled a rat.
There was something wrong withthis picture and it really.
(02:59):
I don't have to go into all thedetails.
You probably know what happenedand what the result of all of
that was, but it really wasabout ivermectin being
surprisingly effective indealing with COVID.
How could that?
How was that even possible?
Because wasn't COVID a virus?
(03:20):
Covid a virus.
Well, you know, it turns outthat maybe it was more parasite
related than we thought, and itturns out that there are a lot
of things that are more parasiterelated than we thought.
Now, why the medicalestablishment is so darn upset
(03:45):
about any of us talking aboutparasites or doing something
about parasites, well, that's awhole other thing that I think
we'll uncover as the months andthe years go by.
We'll get to the truth of thatmatter.
But it is interesting thatdoing a parasite cleanse would
just raise the fervor of mydoctor, and if you've ever
(04:11):
mentioned doing a parasitecleanse to your doctor, you
might have gotten a similarresponse.
So parasites turn out to be abigger issue in the West than
they'd like us to believe, turnout to be a bigger issue in the
West than they'd like us tobelieve.
Now we've all heard about youknow the horrible stories about
the because of the unclean waterin many parts of Africa.
(04:34):
There are some really scaryparasites that exist there and
there are places where parasites, and particularly nasty
parasites, exist because ofunclean conditions.
But the assumption is, we livein the West, we don't have
parasites, and that just isn'ttrue.
(04:55):
Now we might have differentparasites than the ones they
have in South Sudan.
But parasites still exist.
We still get them.
They can be waterborne, theycan be foodborne, there are all
kinds of ways that we cancontract parasites.
(05:15):
And then, once we have them, they make a home, often in our
gut.
But parasites don't just livein the gut.
They can live in all differentparts of our body in bed, in our
muscles, get into our brains.
You know so.
So parasites are, in my opinion, a bigger problem than we have
(05:40):
been taught or we have been ledto believe.
So so if you're going to addressparasites, you probably won't
get a lot of support to do itfrom your doctor, unless you
have a naturopath or afunctional doctor.
That's just the the.
Unfortunately, our medicalsystem is very much controlled
(06:03):
by the pharmaceutical industryat this point.
Hopefully that will be changingsoon, in the not too distant
future, but until then you'regoing to have a fair amount of
pushback for doing parasitecleanses and detoxes.
So there are many different waysof doing a parasite cleanse,
(06:27):
you know there are people who doivermectin or fenbendazole or
hydro what is it?
Hydroxychloroquil, you know?
And then there are others thatare just medications to address
parasites.
You can go that way.
That wasn't the way that I went.
I went with the herbal remedies, and there are two that I'm
(06:50):
going to share with you todayand you know, just before I do
that the reason why I startedwith a parasite cleanse and it
was recommended that I startwith a parasite cleanse is
because much of the imbalancesin our body come from gut health
(07:12):
gut health I'm going to bethat's a whole other video or
several videos on on gut health, because I've learned a lot
about that.
So if we have a gut that is outof balance, then then that leads
to like.
For me, you know, I leaky gut.
I had a gut that was out ofbalance and that contributed to
like.
For me, I had leaky gut.
I had a gut that was out ofbalance and that contributed to,
(07:34):
and perhaps even led to, myautoimmune condition of
rheumatoid arthritis.
So so many of the things thatail us are connected to our gut
health and more and more that'sbeing discussed.
You've got to get your guthealth.
(07:54):
You know probiotics, this andthat correcting your gut, all of
that you know, which is great, because most of us, our guts are
way, way out of whack, out ofwhack and it's causing a whole
lot of issues throughout ourbodies.
(08:15):
So and I'll talk in anothervideo about how I've brought my
gut health back more intobalance but why start with a
parasite cleanse?
Because if you have parasites, you can be, you know, taking
those probiotics, you can betaking those supplements, you
can be making changes in yourdiet and eating more
(08:35):
nutritionally dense foods.
That's all really great.
But if you have parasites andalso heavy metals, which I'll
talk about another time but ifyou have parasites, they're
constantly running interferenceon all of your good efforts.
So you could think I'm doingall the right things.
Why, why aren't I makingheadway here?
(08:57):
And it could literally be thatwhat you really needed to do was
clear out the parasites.
And you know, do other detoxes,do detoxes for your liver, for
your, you know, for your, foryour kidneys, for your colon,
all of those, those kinds ofthings.
But?
But if you have parasites whichchances are you do they are
(09:19):
running interference on, on allof your best efforts to eat more
nutritionally, take supplements.
All of those efforts, which aregreat, are not going to get the
kind of results you want if youhave parasites.
So I began with parasites, andthe thing about doing a parasite
(09:43):
cleanse is.
It's not a one and done.
The way that it works is you'vegot parasites, that've got
parasites who are, that areadults, and they're laying their
little leggies and a lot oftimes those eggs will sit
dormant and when the adult diesthey release a hormone and those
eggs hatch.
(10:04):
So you go in, you do a parasitecleanse and then you have to
come back through and maybe do aseries of them or do like a
maintenance dose afterwards toget rid of the baby squigglers.
All right, I know it's, it'sgross, but you know what can I
tell you?
They're parasites.
(10:24):
So I've alternated between twodifferent kinds of herbal
parasite cleanses, if you feelmore comfortable doing.
You know medications likepharmaceuticals.
There are pharmaceuticals thatare available for parasite
cleanses.
I went with the herbals, so oneof them is Paradex.
(10:46):
Now Paradex is availablethrough Progressive Labs, so you
have to go onto the ProgressiveLabs website and get a bottle
of this.
Now.
This bottle, which has 90capsules in it, is good for
about three rounds of parasitecleanses, so it's well worth it.
(11:07):
Now the Bible will say take onea day.
No, you got to bump it up someif you want to get rid of your
parasites.
So you can shoot for eight aday and what you do is you take
two in the morning on an emptystomach, take two between
breakfast and lunch, two betweenlunch and dinner and then two
(11:31):
before you go to bed.
Generally you're not going tofeel terrible or whatever, but
if you get a die off the secondor the third day, you do this
for five or six days.
All right, you do this for fiveor six days and then you're
done're done.
So it's kind of a shortercleanse.
If you find that the second orthird day you're feeling
(11:53):
flu-like symptoms, you're right,you're getting headachy, you're
, you're feeling that is you, you're just having a big die off
and your liver is overwhelmedand you need to give it a little
help.
Now, um, make sure that whenyou're doing this or any of your
other cleanses, that you aredrinking lots of water.
You gotta be flushing whileyou're detoxing, otherwise it
(12:17):
gets sluggish in there andyou're, you might feel sick if
you've got, if you've got, a bigdie off, if you also, if you
have a big die off and you'refeeling like flu-like symptoms,
another thing that you can do toreally support your liver
because your, your liver's theone that's filtering and
flushing so is is to do a seriesof coffee enemas.
(12:41):
Now, people you know there area lot of people like, oh, I
don't ever want to do a coffeeenema.
It is something that if you areliterally feeling nauseous and
have a headache, you do a coffeeenema.
You will find that you will getrelief right away.
So what does a coffee enema do?
It draws the toxins out of theliver into the colon and flushes
(13:06):
them, flushes them out.
There are there are coffeeenemas that you can buy online
and you can get your little kitor whatever, and you basically
use about 32, you brew 32 ouncesand so you can do it.
You do like a set of two, soyou do half of it and you sit
(13:29):
for 10 minutes, you hold it for10 minutes and then release, and
then do another one and hold itfor 10 minutes and then release
.
You will find that that givesyou great, great release, and I
would recommend coffee enemasfor any of the you know, while
doing any of the detoxes thatyou do, because if you, let's
(13:51):
say, you've never done a detoxand you're doing a detox for the
first time, you're going tohave a lot of die-offs, you know
, parasites, bacteria.
You're going to have a lot ofdie-offs, you know parasites,
bacteria, other toxins and itcan really overload our livers,
and our livers are alreadyoverloaded with the toxic soup
that we live in.
So, giving your liver someextra support while you're going
(14:15):
through a detox, your body willthank you.
Your liver certainly will thankyou.
All right, so that's one.
Now the other one that isprobably more well-known is Dr
Clark's.
All right, so you order this.
It's about $60, and what youget you get three things.
So you get green black walnutthis is a is a tincture, comes
(14:38):
in a in a bottle, in a bottlewith a dropper.
You also get wormwood capsulesand clove capsules and you get a
sheet with directions.
This cleanse takes 18 days andthere are certain amounts of
each of these that you take eachday and you just follow it
(15:00):
through for 18 days After youfinish.
It will be recommended on thesheet that between five and 10
days after you do a maintenancedose Now this is what I'm
talking about a common back inand, you know, killing off maybe
some of those babies that justhatched, you know, because
(15:22):
mommy's dead.
Sorry, that was morbid, butthat's what I mean when I say.
Doing a parasite cleanse isn'treally a one and done situation,
because you've got the adultsand then you have the unhatched
eggs, so you've got to kind ofwork your way through.
I do a full parasite cleanseevery third month and then like
(15:45):
maintenance in between.
But I'm also dealing withreversing rheumatoid arthritis,
which is a systemic issue thatI'm in the process of reversing.
So I'm basically I'm hitting ithard, okay so, but in the
meantime, even as I'm I'm doingthis, we are still exposed to
(16:08):
parasites and all kinds ofthings in in our environment.
So we are up against a lot ofyou know what it means to live
in a, in a toxic soup.
So it is generally an ongoingthing.
Once it, once you're kind ofstay, you know, stable, you've
got, you think you've gotten ridof your parasites, you know
(16:30):
you're feeling pretty good.
Generally, people recommend a,you know a parasite cleanse in
the fall and and in the spring.
You know, maybe you could do ita couple of times, a couple of
times a year anyway, but minimuma couple times a year.
I obviously I'm doing it morefrequently because I'm dealing
with an autoimmune condition inmy body.
(16:50):
So those are the two parasitecleanses that I've been working
with with a fair, fair amount ofsuccess.
But again, you can approach itin in different ways.
There are medications that youcan use or you can go the herbal
route that that I've gone.
The thing is is that it isimportant to address parasites
(17:15):
in our system If we arereversing a condition or we're
feeling like we are not on thetop of our game.
Most of us aren't, most of ushave just normalized the way
that we feel.
But we can feel so much better,we can be functioning at a much
higher level than we are, if wecan just clean out our bodies.
(17:37):
So one of the major things todo and I think one of the first
things to do is addressparasites and then we can really
get into rebalancing our gut, taking those supplements, making
those changes in ournutritional program.
(17:58):
But we've got to get theinterlopers out of the way.
We've got to get the little, the little critters that are
stealing our joy.
Don't let them steal your joy.
Anyway, that's, that's all Ihave for you today.
I hope that you, whatever it is, you do find a way to to do a
(18:21):
cleanse.
It's spring, it's springcleaning.
Do a cleanse, clean the closetand get rid of the parasites in
your gut, yeah.
Anyway, this is Patty, withPatty Talks Too Much.
Have a great day.
I'll chat with you soon, ciao, great day, I'll chat with you
soon, ciao.
Hey, friends, I'm not givingyou medical advice, this is just
(18:49):
what I do.
