Thirty-eight states (plus Washington DC) offer legalized sports betting in one form or another.
Within the dozen remaining states yet to legalize sports betting is Paul Stone's home state of Texas.
But that might change soon. Or it might not.
Paul gives some insights into how this process works when it comes up on any state's ballot, and gives his opinion on how he thinks it all plays out for Texas.
Either way, the politics of legalizing, or not legalizing, sports betting across various states hasn't stopped Paul Stone from becoming one of the most successful (and one of the few that are actually monitored) sports bettors over the last 30 years, so it certainly won't stop him now.
In fact, through games played March 6, Paul Stone Sports is 31-15-1 ATS in his last 47 releases in college basketball.
