For 12 years the CIA Sanctioned a mad man and let him lose on the American people. All for the greater good. Starting in the 50’s a monster will get a free supply and of LSD and told to causally drug people. In order to be the first to get their hands on the truth drug. America had to be on top of brain warfare. However, when it became clear that the true drug wasn’t what they were getting out of LSD they contunied to sanction the drugging of people. Of course with power like that soon the project turned into a cover for kink, sex but most importantly power.
