One of the most common phrases we hear from clients is, 'I'm looking to buy an established, profitable business with a long track record. And preferably a business where the owner is only selling because they're looking to retire'. Unfortunately, those types of businesses don't usually hit the market or at least not at reasonable price.
But that's not necessarily the end of the road!
