Permission to Change, with Jenn Phipps a multi passionate entrepreneur, taking a hard look at what is really up with the folks who seem to want to do it ALL when they grow up. When just one thing is not enough and long term commitment seems to evade them. It is all about exploring the truths and myths behind being multi-passionate. By learning more about this genetic wiring perhaps there can be an acceptance that nothing is wrong with this way of thinking and begin to recognize the importance of these types of thinkers in our world. The main goals are to shed awareness so that multi-passionate people can stop feeling like there is something wrong with them or that they need to change and can instead start embracing that they have a remarkable multi-talented brain. In addition, help others understand why some people seem to be unsatisfied and noncommittal and that this is actually a good thing to have multipotentialites in the world. By tuning into this podcast and hearing from people with both types of wiring perhaps there will be an expansion of our understanding and more people will start giving themselves and others the Permission to Change.
