Welcome to the seventh episode of the fourth season of the Perseverance Podcast. This is where you will hear the story of Sarah Larose, a woman who was born severely premature and as a result, lost most of her usable vision. Even though Sarah went to therapy as a young child and experimented with numerous visual aids, she was slowly forced to adapt to the blind world. Over the next few years, Sarah would face several more setbacks and surgeries. After determining to function at her best no matter the circumstances, Sarah started learning braille. Then came her darkest moment, where Sarah almost chose not to persevere. Listen to how Sarah finally chose to endure and how she is serving the Lord with her many talents today. After hearing Sarah’s story of embracing her blindness, I hope you too can feel encouraged to persevere as you go through your own difficult experiences.
