We also highlighted the collaborative nature of Medinfo with other parts of medical affairs and how it can provide tailored content for different materials and responses.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we also talked about how video chat options for medical inquiries are becoming more common, and self-service options for medical inquiries are also becoming more popular.
