I am writing this post from my 50 years of Military, Law Enforcement, Intelligence Service and Global Security and with a touch of my biblical world view. We live-in a critical time in our world and our country. Political corruption and law fare against citizens has ben rampant over the last four years and now with the new administration a cleanup is happening. As corruption is being exposed and eliminated how can we ensure that a new administration  won't be able to reinstate in the future. I share in this post some of the issues and what we as citizens can do to make sure the changes get enshrined in law by congress. It is critical that we the people step out of the crowd and use our voices to support these efforts. Thank you for liking, sharing and subscribing.

(00:00):
So this is the PrivateInvestigator Experience podcast.

(00:03):
I'm your host, Phil Little onthis channel.
We look at the cases in life ofa private investigator, and we
also investigate situations thatare going on.
Not only across the nation, butaround the world that could
affect us in our own communitiesaround security and helping
protect ourselves from becominga victim.

(00:27):
I must say that as aninvestigator, I've been troubled
with what I'm learning and seenabout the things that's been
going on in our country.
Particularly around thecorruption that is being
exposed, that it's beyond words,it's unfathomable.

(00:48):
I'm watched some of the senatorsand Senator Kennedy is one, I
love him, his sense of humor andtalking about the 92 billion was
loaned out by.
After Trump was elected, beforehe was inaugurated it's mind

(01:11):
blowing everywhere.
And I'm wondering, is therepossibility of what's happening
now with the anti-corruption androoting out this.
Pervasive evil in our politicalsystem, and it's been on both
sides right now.
It's more exposed on the leftwith what they've been doing.
But there've been politicians onthe right side that's been part

(01:33):
of this got their, as a farmerwould say, that had the hog
farmer and we used to raise hogson the farm like growing up.
They got their snout in thetrauft and they're sucking it up
as fast as they can.
One of my problems is that, andconcerns I say I should say, is

(01:56):
after the election, so manypeople went back to their
armchair and said, wow, we'vegot the leaders now.
It's gonna make change.
We'll let'em do it.
It's their job.
And so I'm tired of theelection, I'm tired of all the
political stuff, and if we dothat's going to be our downfall.

(02:17):
What you are hearing as anexample, the President of the
United States a few weeks agomade the statement that there
are two genders, male andfemale.
Big news, right?
No, it's not.
Not for those of us who know theBible and Genesis said God made
male and female.

(02:39):
That's it.
It's not what I say.
It's not what some other personsays.
It's what the God.
But why did that have to comefrom a politician?
What has been happening to thechurch, to the pastors and
preachers that are standing inour pulpits?
They're so afraid to speak truththat they're saying user

(03:04):
friendly messages.
Oh, I don't wanna offend anyone.
Excuse me.
The truth, biblical truth isoffending someone.
The Bible didn't say that Jesuscame to bring unity.
He said he came to bringdivision to sort out evil and to
separate it from of Godwin.

(03:28):
So my concern is that the churchworld, unless we conservative
and Christian and people whojust believe in the
Constitution, maybe you don'thave a religion, but you want
the country to follow theconstitution.
Rule of law, no one's above it.
As we're seeing right now, someof those on the left that had

(03:50):
gone after president Trump arenow under the spotlight for
doing the worse than whatthey're accusing him of doing,
and then goes the actual fact onwhat they're doing.
The answer is not gonna be frompolitician, I believe.
If we want to stop.
The possibility of the leftregain power and reversing these

(04:15):
anti-corruption efforts andbringing back all the corruption
and politicians with their nelin the trough.
Then we, conservative Christiansand pastors and leaders have to
stand up and tell the truth.
No, we don't need to bepolitical in.

(04:36):
We need to approach the culturalthings that are going on, just
as the disciples did, just asJesus did when he was on earth.
So the title of what I'm lookingat here, I dug into this and I
invite you to also do your owndigging.
Don't take my word for any type.
Find out for yourself.

(04:57):
So the title of.
The possibility of the leftregain power and reversing
anti-corruption efforts.
My purpose is to examine thelikelihood of a political shift
to the left in the US and itspotential impact on the
anti-corruption reforms that arebeing done now.

(05:21):
And I'm looking at this througha conservative Christian lens,
my biblical worldview.
But I'm not looking at as aRepublican, a Democrat, or
independent or libertarian.
I'm just looking at as afollower of the way, follower of
Jesus.
What's the definition ofcorruption?
The transparency international'sdefinition is a misuse, a public

(05:46):
power for private gain,including bribery.
Other illegal acts, is itpossible that the left could
regain power through electricalor social dynamics reversing
effective anti-corruptionmeasures can they do that?

(06:07):
I think they would facesignificant hurdles due to
public demand foraccountability.
And for the institutionalsafeguards that are now being
put in place and some beingenacted in laws, which means
those of us who support rootingout corruption must remain
alert, vocal, and active insharing our Christians

(06:31):
conservative perspective, whichemphasizes integrity, excuse me,
as guiding principles for.
As I said in my beginning therein the opening, I believe that
the root cause of all theproblems we see in our society
is a lack of a scripturalfoundation.

(06:56):
We might say it this way.
The world has infected thechurch more than the church
infecting the world.
The church needs to come out.
Be vocal and involved incultural events that go against
biblical rule.

(07:16):
Micah six eight in the OldTestament calls for justice and
humility, and it bringscorruption into moral food that
Christians must addressimpartiality not from a
political viewpoint.
Then what's the understanding ofcorruption in politics?

(07:38):
you might have just becomespeechless at the scope of the
corruption that Doge and othershave uncovered.
Billions.
Yes.
Billions being stolen over manyyears with impunity.
As an example, I mentionedthere's a 92 billion that was,
or 93 billion that was given outin loan.

(07:59):
The volumes of people andwithout even having the
documentation to prove theycould repay it, it's between.
An example from 2025 includesthis corruption as misuse of

(08:19):
public funds or favoritism incontracts.
What has been the historical concontext then?
Corruption has existed acrosspolitical ideologies.
The us faced systematiccorruption in the 19th century
via political machineryaccording to a Harvard law
school 2020 report.

(08:41):
What then is my Christian viewand what should it be?
Luke chapter 16, verses 10through 12 in the New Testament,
emphasizes faithfulness in smallmanners, suggesting that
corruption violates God's callfor stewardship.
Christians should demandtransparency regardless of

(09:04):
party.
Is there facts to support theclaim of left driven corruption?
Let's look at specific examplesof misuse of public funds I'm
just gonna mention two or threeorganizations and examples of
this political corruption fromthe left, and I encourage you do
your own investigation, do thedigging, and you'll find out

(09:27):
it's all there.
One is act.
They've been accused offacilitating illegal foreign
donations to support left wingcampaigns.
This was particularly amplifiedin 24 and 25, and it claims that
billions of dollars in potentiallaundered funds were funneled
through Act Blue to influence USelection.

(09:49):
The details behind this, the allsuggest act.
Was used to process donationsfrom foreign entities or through
straw donors violating UScampaign finance laws that
prohibit foreign contributionsin our elections.
That's logical, right?
Some report point to suspiciouspatterns such as large numbers

(10:12):
of small repeated donations fromindividuals who the means to
contribute for.
There's been citedinvestigations by figures like
James O'Keefe alleging that act, blues lack verification enabled
illicit funding.
Let's look then at fema.

(10:33):
That's another disaster thathappened in the hurricanes and
the distribution contr.
Or appointees within fema, federal Emergency Management
Agency manipulated disasterrelief distribution to favor

(10:55):
democratic leaning communitiesor individuals doing the recent
natural disasters such ashurricanes in 2024.
What are some of the detailsbehind that?
Whistleblowers and facts thathave come out shows that FEMA
resources were with.
From areas of or individualsperceived to support Republican

(11:18):
candidates, particularly in theswing states specific
accusations point towhistleblowers accounts from
inside FEMA alleging that aidwas prioritized based on
political demographics ratherthan need, for example.

(11:39):
There's been highlighted reportsof relief delays in conservative
regions.
contributing them to partisanbias.
This is one big one now thatthis defies comprehension.
That's the consumer financialprotection Bureau, CF.

(11:59):
This is, an agency championed bySenator Elizabeth Warren.
It was actually started backduring the Obama years, and it
has been central to allegationsof corruption from records found
by Doge Investigations and otheraudits.
Before I outline specific claimsof corruption tied to CFP on

(12:23):
structured operations.
Funding is uncovered by Dogeaudits of records.
And below I'm going to outlinespecific kinds of corruption
tied to the CFPB.
I wanna focus on its structure, operations, and funding as

(12:46):
uncovered by Doge and other.
Is not supposedly directordirectly by Senator Warren.
She proposed to help establishit, but does not run his
operations, right?
So she says, but evidence tiedto emails and her handwriting on

(13:09):
documents show the true factthat she controls what they do
now.
Check it out yourself.
I'll focus on allegationsrelated to involvement and the
agency's activity.
Just to give you a littleoverview, there's way too much
to talk about in this postAllegations of CFPB as an
extortion racket, auditors haveaccused the CFPB of operating as

(13:33):
a shake down racket.
That sounds like something outtathe MA under the.
IT EXTORTS funding.
Now listen to this fromfinancial institutions to fund
left-leaning political causes.
These allegations often tie backto Warren's role in creating the

(13:55):
agency and giving day-to-daydirections to its leaders behind
the scenes.
Let's look at some details.
One from a 2019 claimed that theCFPB organizations.
Indulgent fees or fines orsettlements to avoid further

(14:17):
scrutiny.
Pay us off we won't audit yourbook with hundreds of millions
of dollars allegedly funneled toleft wing political groups of
candidate.
Another one February 25 calledthe CFPB racketeering operation
that extorts money through finesimplying that Senator Warren

(14:40):
designated it throughcentralized power and enriched
political ally.
Now, one of the problems is.
Even the Supreme Court, theagency's funds come directly
from the Federal Reserve, andthis allows a lack of direct

(15:01):
congressional oversight allowingthis organization to operate
with excessive of autonomy, potentially enabling misuse of
funds.
The agency's funding is drawndown directly from the Federal
Reserve rather thancongressional appropriations.
And it's designed to insulateit, supposedly political

(15:23):
influence.
So critics and the facts showthat this has enabled
unaccountability while fundingfor one year, like the CFPB is
funded funded through thesetransfers from the Federal
Reserve.
And they receive a setpercentage of its budget.
In 2024, they receive$285million.

(15:46):
Bypassing the congressionalappropriation process.
There was a 2019 article fromthe Hill noted that the agency's
director can only be fired bythe president for just cause
That limits accountability toCongress on the public.
Now that's been changed by theSupreme Court.

(16:06):
Multiple law courts have ruledthe CFPB structure.
Unconstitutional structured dueto this independence.
in 2024, the US Supreme Courtreviewed the CFPB funding
mechanism in a case brought bypayday lenders.
But ruling back in 2020 hadaffirmed the agency's

(16:28):
constitutionality, though itallowed the president to remove
the director without clause,What's the possibility now?
Now there's more there's hundredsituations have been uncovered
about corruption and I I submitto you, check it out yourself
and find out if you haven't beenwatching, if you've only been
listening to CNN and see NBC orthe media.

(16:53):
You haven't heard about a lot ofthese things, I'm sure.
Democrats held the presidencyfrom 2 0 8 to 2016 and from 20
to 2024 it showed a electoralcompetitiveness there and the
midterms and presidentialelections, 26 and 2028, good
shift control, which hadhappened.

(17:14):
But fortunately, the Democratsposition right now on subjects
and how they're leaderless andswinging way to the left gives
hope.
That they won't be able to getback in power.
So what do we need to do, folks?
I tell you, it's a great feelingto be on the winning side after
the election.
If you're a conservativeleaning, wow, doesn't it feel

(17:36):
great?
But we can't sit down and relax.
We need to keep supporting.
Not only our government uncoverthis corruption, but congress
and acts loss so that some, another president that might be
on the left could just come inand automatically executive
order it out.

(17:57):
So we need to keep up our voicesand our actions.
Some factor to remember thatfavor.
The left perhaps would be urbandemographics, younger voters,
progressive act activism,however.
Conservative Christian votersretain a strong counterforce,

(18:17):
especially on issues like familyvalues and these conservative
issues.
So step out of the crowd.
Let your voice be heard.
My Christian perspective, mybiblical worldview, proverbs 29,
2 states, when the righteous arein authority that people
rejoice.

(18:37):
Why are we rejoicing?
Why is the country.
Joy abounding across politicallines and people because we have
some righteous people in powerthat are transparent.
Have you ever seen anytransparent, Republican,
democrat, or anything else thathas been transparent as Trump
has been almost every day havinga press in the oval office.

(19:00):
He's taking questions fromeverybody and what the Justice
Department is doing.
The FBI is doing, Homelandsecurity is doing.
We're seen it all in real time.
what a change that's been.
Do we wanna go back to the 20 to24 years under God rest

(19:22):
president Biden?
What a disaster.
And he was so taken advantage ofby so many people.
These current reforms.
These examples includetransparency laws procurement
oversight, whistleblowerprotections.
We need to be accessing theireffectiveness and making sure

(19:43):
Congress en enables these byputting'em into law so they
can't be easily reversed.
Is reversibility possible then?
Reversing reforms requireslegislative or executive action,
which faces checks and balancesif we have an active justice

(20:05):
serving Congress and judges whathas happened.
We've seen an overtaking of thejustice system.
Leftists radical who are notvoting, not making rulings on
what the law is, but politicalpersuasion that has to end.

(20:30):
We need public demand for moreaccountability, but we need a
press that gets back to what itoriginally did.
The legacy media, a fact findinginvestigating.
Groups that present the facts.
And what do people decide?
Fortunately now we've had a lotof the new media added to the

(20:52):
White House briefing and otherforms of media where we could
get information.
So get out on other media.
Don't just watch one, two, orthree, but look for conservative
views and voices Then what arethe left stances right now?
What's the possibility of themdoing something in 2026?

(21:18):
Campaign finance reforms.
They align with some of theiranti-corruption goals, however
progressive systems undermineany reforms that the Democrats
might have had, So thelikelihood is not very strong
that they're going to becorruption reform minded.
Psalms 33 12, emphasize.

(21:41):
How a nation is blessed is byrighteousness from the
leadership on down christiansshould advocate for reforms that
uphold justice, regardless ofwho holds power well.
Then what are the challenges Thepotential risks, it's a left.

(22:02):
Critic sphere, colonialism orpolicy favoritism, like
contracts to allies will beback.
I'm not gonna belabor all thefacts that are out there that
show how the radical left hastaken billions of dollars out of
the government for their own useor unauthorized uses.
I would suggest you doing what Ihave done, investigate for

(22:27):
yourself how deep corruption is.
Some of it is pure theft andthere should be some politicians
going to jail.
What are some s independentmedia, like I've said, Legacy
media, becoming back to whatthey once were.

(22:49):
Civil society, an unbiasedjudicial oversight limit
corruption reversals Now.
A complete biased judicial inthe lower court judges that have
enacted things to try to stopTrump from their democratic
cronies filing these frivolouslawsuits.

(23:13):
It's time we stand up againstthat.
Then Christians response tocorruption and power shifts
what's our biblical mandate.
Christians are called to seekjustice.
Isaiah one 17, pray for leaders.
First Timothy two, one and two.
Corruption undermines God'sdesign for governance.

(23:39):
Practical steps.
Then what can we do?
Advocate for transparency andaccountability laws.
Make your voice be heard, starting, wo community.
Get involved and if necessary, run for office.
Support candidates andprioritize integrity regardless
of party engage in civil societyto hold leaders accountable.

(24:02):
Then what the hopeful outlook.
Romans 13 one reminds us thatall authority is under God's
sovereignty, trust God's planwhile working for righteousness.
The left could regain power dueto elector and social trends but

(24:27):
reversing anti-corruptionreforms gonna be challenging due
to institutional and publicpressure.
Corruption is a bipartisan issuerequiring vigilance from us all.
Then what is our call?
What should we do asconservative Christians?
We must uphold the.

(24:47):
Of justice.
and stewardship.
Advocating for governmentgovernance that honors God and
serves the public good.
These final thoughts, John 8 32Promises that truth will set us
free.
Isn't a breath of free.
Share the truth about corruptionand how it's coming out so we've

(25:11):
got a chance to reverse it andstop it.
By pursuing and accountability,we, Christian Conservative can
help ensure a just societyregardless of who holds power.
Thank you for listening to theend.
Thank you for sharing and likingand subscribing, and I just pray

(25:38):
that you will be challenged tostand up.
Let your voice be heard.
Talk to your local pastors.
Talk to your local leaders.
Encourage your pastor to becomevocal about what's going on in
our society.
Like I said, we don't have totalk about politics and
political parties, but there arebiblical things that are

(26:00):
happening in society that goagainst the Bible.
So I encourage you, step outtathe crowd, get involved.
Send me your emails, yourcomments.
