It may not have been Phoenix Rising’s best season so far, but New Mexico United? Easy. Fresh off a 2-1 victory courtesy of Hope Avayevu, Darius Johnson, and Rising’s bestie Alex Tambakis, Phoenix finally has two wins on the year. Now, they prepare to face Jordan Stewart’s Monterey Bay side. Last time they faced off, Pape Mary Boye and Carl Sainté were sent off in a 3-1 loss, but will things be different this time?
