[221] With widespread staff shortages being a real challenge in the industry at the moment, growing and developing your current team has never been more critical. Earlier this year, Phorest released its Staff Performance feature allowing staff to monitor their own KPIs such as revenue, transactions for services, product retail and client booking. Staff Goals now expands on this and empowers stylists & therapists to set goals for themselves against these key metrics.
