Featuring haircare specialist and co-founder of Cognito Hair in London, this week's episode explores Shareefa Jennings' journey in the salon industry, her thoughts on the announcement of the new standards, as well as what she deems necessary for growth both as a hairdresser and salon owner, inclusiveness and exceptional client care.
