As Liz and Lucky prepare to remarry and build a stable home for their growing family, a storm of secrets, grief, and shifting loyalties threatens to tear it all apart. Beneath Liz’s hopeful exterior lies deep emotional turmoil—torn between her commitment to Lucky and her forbidden bond with Jason, the true father of her unborn child. Jason, still mourning Alan’s death and struggling with his place in the child’s life, agrees to keep his distance. But as Lulu and Spinelli uncover the truth, tension escalates. Meanwhile, Carly pushes Jason to confront his pain, Ric looms with veiled threats, and Scott Baldwin warns Lucky of Lulu’s dangerous curiosity surrounding Rick Webber’s murder. On the wedding day, secrets boil over. Lulu nearly exposes the truth, Maxie confronts her, Spinelli disrupts the ceremony, and Jason arrives at Carly’s urging—rattling Liz to her core. Though Liz and Lucky go through with the wedding, the celebration is thick with unease. Jason later discovers Spinelli trying to delete the baby’s paternity records and insists they must disappear, even as his heart aches for the child he cannot claim. When Liz goes into labor during a storm, Jason finds her unconscious, gets her to the hospital, and holds their newborn son—just before slipping away as Lucky arrives, blissfully unaware. As hidden truths, broken hearts, and unspoken love collide, everyone clings to the illusion of happiness while everything teeters on the brink of unraveling.
