In 1998, Bobbie Spencer faced a year of major personal challenges and change. She was stunned to learn that Carly—her husband’s ex and the mother of her grandson, Michael—was actually her biological daughter, Caroline, whom she had given up years earlier. The revelation came after months of family tension surrounding Carly’s pregnancy, Michael’s health problems, and Jason’s efforts to protect the baby from Tony Jones and the Quartermaines. The news forced Bobbie to face her past and reconsider her relationships with Luke and Tony. Despite everything, she continued to show compassion, especially toward Liz Webber after her assault.
