Speaker 1 (00:02):
Hello and welcome to
Pisces Moon Astrology.
I'm your astrologer, kateLeonard, and I'm excited to
explore the stars with you.
Hi everyone, welcome to theweek of August 24th through
August 30th, and y'all are gonnalove me this week because
you're gonna love everybody.
(00:24):
It's a Venus week.
Get ready and boy, when I saythis is a Venus week, I mean all
Venus all week, interactingwith like basically everybody,
at least all the big guys.
She's going to be interactingwith Saturn, neptune, uranus and
(00:45):
Pluto.
I'm talking a Venus week.
I do want to just make you awareof a few other things going on.
We're in eclipse season andI've got a feeling that this one
is going to be.
Wow is what I think it's goingto be.
I think it's going to hit big.
(01:05):
Just to give you those dates, they're not until September, but
we're already in the season.
I sometimes find that thecouple of weeks leading up to an
eclipse is when we really getit, when we really start to see
what's going to happen, andwe're in that zone right now.
We've got a total lunar eclipsein Virgo on September 7th Big,
(01:33):
big deal and then on September21st we've got a partial solar
eclipse.
So it's going to be a lot.
We're already in that energythis week.
The only other significantthing going on because when I
say it's all Venus, I mean, ohmy goodness, it's all Venus.
I'm pretty excited the onlyother big deal going on is a
(01:58):
sextile between Neptune andUranus on the 28th.
This is really good energy forout-of-the-box creativity and
pursuing dreams.
Now, with all of that said, let's get into what's going on
with Venus.
So she moves into Leo on August25th, and that's already just
(02:26):
kind of a fun thing.
Venus is not like exalted inLeo or anything like that, but
having our love light shine, yeah, I kind of like it.
She's going to immediately makea trine the most harmonious
aspect with both Saturn andNeptune.
(02:46):
This is on the 25th.
So as soon as she crosses overinto Leo, this happens.
Saturn and Neptune, you'llremember, are conjunct in Aries,
so she's going to immediatelymake a very, very good aspect.
Then Then, on the 26th, verygood aspect.
(03:08):
Then Then on the 26th she isgoing to sextile Uranus.
So that is some freaky lovehappening.
And on the same day she's goingto oppose Pluto.
That's the only somewhatdifficult energy and with
everything else that's going on,I'm not super worried about it.
Before we get into the details.
Let me just thank you for beinghere.
I am so grateful that you tunein and listen.
(03:32):
Please like, share, give a highrating.
Anyway, I'm just gratefulyou're here.
Now let's get into the details.
So, as I already said, the sunisn't particularly easy for you
to say, particularly.
What is that word, oh mygoodness.
(03:53):
Anyway, she's not exalted oranything special like that in
Leo, but Leo is just a reallywarm sign that goes well with
Venus.
It's gregarious andenthusiastic and Leo also really
(04:13):
loves people, loves to rulethem, but does love them.
So Venus in Leo is all aboutsharing time with the people who
matter to us.
It's really about stepping outwith the people we care about
too.
Right, like going out places, having fun, having dinner
(04:37):
parties, you know, those kindsof very in the light kinds of
things, in-the-light kinds ofthings.
It's also an incredibly goodtime to boldly express our love
and other feelings.
You know, again, venus is aboutevery kind of relationship
sisters and women and friendsand all kinds of relationships,
(05:01):
and so we're not necessarilyexpressing our love to everybody
, but our care, our friendship, our feelings, but really boldly,
just like, hey, you matter tome.
That's Venus in Leo.
The other thing is to celebratebeauty.
So go to an art exhibit, youknow.
(05:23):
Dye your hair purple.
No, don't do that.
I already did that.
You know.
It's just a time to celebratebeauty, whatever that means to
you Beautiful food, beautifulnature, beautiful art, whatever
it is.
It's just a time to reallyappreciate it, like, really
allow yourself to see the beautyin the world, and this is going
(05:47):
to be a good, good week forthat.
It's also a good time to enjoycomfort and enjoy luxury.
Take your time, luxuriate in abubble bath or whatever thing is
your thing.
Like that.
It's a good time for that.
And again to my creativefriends, it is a good time to
(06:12):
make great art.
So get creative.
Venus is that creative spark.
She's art of all kinds.
And Leo is the sunshine.
You know Leo is fire also.
It's a fire sign.
So that energy behind whatwe're doing and for artists,
(06:32):
creative people, writers, it'sthat energy behind the creation.
It's a super good week.
Then we immediately get thatamazing trine.
That is the most positive aspect, with both Saturn and Neptune.
Now, as I've already said, andas you already know, I don't
(06:53):
like Neptune, except in thiscase I really do.
Now listen, without Saturnbeing there, venus and Neptune
can be disastrous.
They can be good, they can beart, creativity, all of that
kind of thing, but where love isconcerned, it's like usually
(07:16):
wearing rose-colored glasses andyou end up sort of waking up,
going I did what with who?
Really, are you kidding me?
You know that rose coloredglasses thing where when you
actually have to look at whatyou've done, it's like, ah, it's
that, but not when Saturn'sinvolved.
(07:37):
Saturn won't let that happen.
Saturn brings that seriousnessto the issue.
So this is some amazing energy.
When the two are together withVenus, it's like we've got
Neptune and his dreaminess andhis soulfulness and his
(07:58):
imagination right, his abilityto soul bond, you know like
really go deep in relationship, and we've got Saturn who will
not allow us to get too outthere in the waves where we're
not seeing things clearly.
The other thing Saturn does isground that sort of spiritual
(08:22):
connection.
It's not just like a great weekwhere you feel like you've met
your soulmate and then it kindof drifts off into the ocean.
No, saturn can really ground itand make it real.
Okay, now, that's whether it'sdreams and relationship to art,
(08:45):
money, family, jobs, lovers.
I think a lot of people aregoing to be having amazing
relationship stuff happen thisweek because you know Venus.
But it's more than that Dreambig because Neptune will help
you do that.
But Saturn will ground, it willearth, it will make it concrete
(09:08):
and material.
You see where I'm going here.
This is a week where, in all ofVenus's areas, we can really
get into that deepest, truestpart of ourselves but also keep
our feet on the ground.
This is a week where couples aregoing to redefine relationships
(09:32):
, renew vows.
For all of you out there whoare looking for partners, this
is a week where you might reallymake that deep soul connection.
You know that you meet thatperson, you see them across the
room and you just have that hit, that spark.
That's Venus-Neptune, right, but with Saturn there, it makes
(09:59):
it something that can last.
Saturn rules endurance In arelationship.
That can be a pretty amazingthing to have going on right.
So it's not just thisattraction, this feeling space,
it's concrete.
I love it.
I think there are going to be alot of new relationships
(10:20):
happening.
I think existing relationshipsare going to get more grounded
and maybe take on a more serioustone or take a step toward
formalizing it.
So, yes, I think some peopleare going to be putting rings on
it.
You know what I mean, whateverthat means, but it can be in any
(10:41):
area, right?
This could also be with family, where you just deepen your
connection, but it's real andgrounded I just want to stress
that and you find a way toredefine family relationships,
relationships with sisters.
Venus rules sisters, right, soyou may find that you're able to
(11:06):
renew a relationship with asibling and really make it more
stable.
That's what Saturn does.
This could be about jobs, creative projects, all the
things friendships you know.
It's just so easy to see thisweek as being about love
relationships.
(11:26):
If you're already in arelationship, is it everything
you want it to be?
Dare to dream, dare to redefine.
And just in case you needed helpdoing that, on the 26th Venus
is going to make a sextile tofreedom-loving Uranus in Gemini,
(11:47):
social Gemini.
I have to tell you I'm actuallymore excited about this, but I
mean, this probably just sayssomething about how kind of
weird and quirky I can be, butI'm really excited about this
sextile.
In general, a sextile is not asstrong an aspect as a trine is,
(12:13):
but this sextile is lighting meup because we have crazy
rebellious love.
Right, we have freedom to be inthe relationships we want to be
in.
We have freedom to make our artthe way we want it to be, to
define our jobs so that theyreally are our jobs.
(12:39):
You know what I mean.
Like Uranus says, make it yours, march to your own beat, and
Venus is all the stuff.
Venus is right.
So how do you make it yours?
How do you break out of anykind of chains or whatever has
been holding you back, holdingyou in some kind of framework
(13:08):
back, holding you in some kindof framework that doesn't suit
you?
Remember that.
The other thing that Saturn andNeptune I've talked about this
a lot this year, saturn andNeptune together are about
dissolving old structures in ourlives that no longer serve us,
while Venus is trining them.
That has that meaning as well.
Right, where it's like don'tlove the way you're supposed to
(13:32):
love, love the way you dream ofloving, or painting or writing
or working.
The other thing is this is,like you know, gemini is social,
it's speaking, it'scommunicating, right.
So it's like say what you wantto say.
You want to tell him, her, them, that you love them.
(13:55):
Do it, say the words that youreally want to say.
Don't let anything hold youback and say like, oh no, that's
not gonna go over.
Well, maybe it won't go over, right, but they're your words
and you said them and this weekit probably is gonna land, right
(14:15):
, okay, so is there that personyou've been wanting to say
something to?
Is there somebody you've beenwanting to ask out?
Have you been wanting to talkto your existing partner about a
way you'd like to see yourrelationship grow or change or
morph?
I don't know.
Say it, say it.
(14:35):
This is the time right.
Be bold, be brave.
Now.
A sextile is an angle ofopportunity.
So this one, this really rebellove that this Uranus-Venus
thing is doing, this one's notgoing to chase you down and beat
you over the head.
This one, you have to sort ofsee the opportunity and grab it.
(14:59):
But, like I said, it's echoedin the trine to Saturn and
Neptune as well.
There's still a lot of likedissolve the boundaries that are
holding you back, that don'tserve you, that don't work for
you.
Be in relationships withwhatever it is we're discussing,
(15:20):
based on where this ishappening in your natal chart.
Be in relationshipsauthentically.
There's a bravery to.
This week.
Venus is in Leo, the king ofthe jungle, the regal, the royal
, the leader, be bold, be braveand be who you are in relation
(15:44):
to whatever it is this week isbringing up for you.
It is so exciting.
I hope you're as just as I am.
Is it just me?
I hope it's not just me.
Anyway, now a quick little aside.
This energy is so good forwriters because Gemini is ruled
(16:04):
by Mercury, the writer.
So absolutely apply this toyour writing.
Break the boundaries, break therules.
But again, this is all artists.
Anybody creative in any way.
You know if you're creative inthe kitchen in any way, you know
if you're creative in thekitchen, it's talking about you
(16:25):
too.
But that Gemini placement forUranus actually brings in
writers specifically.
Okay, and then we get to theslightly more difficult energy.
This is Venus in opposition toPluto in Aquarius.
Pluto is a difficult guy and anopposition is a difficult
(16:46):
aspect.
We need to find balance.
An opposition is alwaysconquered by finding balance.
So Pluto wants to dominate.
Pluto is power.
That's exactly what he is thegod of the underworld, the one
who snatches Persephone away anddoes the stuff he does.
(17:07):
Venus is sort of the oppositeof that, even in Leo, which is a
very powerful sign.
Venus in Leo is not the kind ofpower like the god of the
underworld.
It's just a different thingwe're talking about.
So how do we stand up to power, stand up to opposition, when
(17:31):
we're trying to break out and beall authentic and all like, ooh
, I love you my way, kind ofthing?
Right, there is often a powerfigure that can be tapes in our
own head.
You guys, it doesn't have to bea voice outside yourself,
necessarily.
It can be.
You know tapes from powerfigures like our parents,
(17:55):
teachers, you know, whoeverright, old lovers, who knows
Whatever it is.
How do we face off against thatpower in a loving way, but in a
loving and proud way, right?
Remember that Venus is in Leo.
How do we face off against somepower figure or situation and
(18:20):
maintain our own loving, compassionate but proud energy?
How do we hold on to thataspect of ourselves while
confronting some sort ofopposition?
Does that make sense?
So it's about finding thatbalance.
(18:41):
So don't be surprised ifsometime this week there isn't
someone who's challenging insome way, who's like why do you
think you get to do that?
Why are you with that person?
What makes you think anybody'sgoing to want to look at your
art?
What makes you think you'regoing to get a job like that.
(19:03):
You know what I mean Some kindof person who's working against
us or challenging us in someways as we're stepping into this
really, really big Venus, uranus kind of energy.
How do we hold on to the Venus?
How do we hold on to the Venus?
(19:24):
How do we hold on to thatgoddess royalty, how do we not
let that opposition drag us downinto some sort of underworld,
which is where Pluto wants totake us?
Find the balance, find the wayto stand up to it and lovingly
(19:45):
address it, because that's theother thing.
It's about balance.
So there's something probablyyou know.
You can listen, you can find acompromise, whatever.
Not compromise your love, notcompromise your art, not that
but find a way, a compatible way, to work out the situation.
Does that make sense?
(20:06):
So it's not the greatest energy.
I'm kind of sorry I have tothrow that into this week, but I
do because that's what's goingon in the cosmos.
But ultimately I don't thinkit's going to be a big deal
because I think our Venus in Leoenergy is going to give us what
(20:27):
we need to deal with it.
Does that make sense?
I really hope that it does.
And that's pretty much all I'vegot.
I want to thank you again forbeing here.
Thank you for sharing.
Come on over to Substack andtalk to me in the comments or on
YouTube.
You can talk to me reallyeasily in the comments there too
(20:48):
.
I would love to hear from youguys.
And yeah, until next week, goout and seize the energies of
the stars.
This is my wish for you always.
Bye.
