Two of three brothers strike off into the world to make their mark but come up short-handed. The youngest and smallest of the three, Simpleton, goes out to find his older brothers and is mocked by them when he does. Together, they face revealing opportunities to show cruelty or empathy and kindness. They eventually arrive at an abandoned castle where the fate for each of the brothers would soon be set!
