In ep18 We are discussing adjusting to a good man when you've had " bad ones."
It can be tricky to navigate in what feels like unfamiliar territory.
When you've had a bad one, you know what a good one feels like. But what do you do with a good one when all you have known is unhealed, unregulated, sometimes abusive. disrespectful, emotional immature or unavailable "bad ones"?

Why is it that when we are FINALLY in a safe space, or safe relationship all our trauma decides its time to finally catch up with us? What is that all about?
I have decided to take a little break for awhile from podcasting and a few other projects I have in the works.

In ep 16 I give little details of one of the books I have been writing.
Bingo at almost 40 😂.
And trying to shift the stigma behind the conditioning to default to feeling sad for another human when they share with you that their relationship is taking a pause or ending.
The ending of a relationship doesnt have to always be sad. It can also be a much needed gift that deserves to be celebrated.

I felt called in this episode to reconnect and bring forward the past, the younger me that was operating from a lower vibrational state me, me that hadn't quite discovered her worth yet to drop some much learned wisdom for those navigating the dating world for the first time or again for the first time.
In this episode I wanted to expand a little bit on my saying, "Be fucking nice!" and discuss the improtance of picking up your friends when they are down without discussing it with the world.

due to the holiday this week I deep dive into what I have researched and personally expeirenced in regards to different attachment styles specifically the "Avoidant Attachment" style. I also give my opinion on why they should just be left competely alone like no one eff with them so they can heal & not continue to be out here destroying people.
In this episode I discuss the importance of meeting yourself halfway and not relying on others to heal, fix or be a distraction for you, so you continue to not do the work of healing yourself. Healing is painful but necessary. It's also a journey meant to be walked alone.
