In Season 2, Episode 1 of the PNW Showdown Podcast, hosts Mikaela Mattes and Kate celebrate the one-year anniversary of their podcast. Special guest, former Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl Champion, Doug Baldwin, joined the show in a two-part interview to discuss his hobbies, the joys of being a father, mental health, and to discuss the Seahawks.
The first interview took place on September 1st prior to the season starting. Mikaela and Kate followed up with Doug for the second interview after week 2 of the 2022 NFL season to discuss Russell Wilson's return to Lumen Field, the status of the Seahawks offense and how the Seahawks can get the chains moving against the Atlanta Falcons in week 3.
