With the secret aid of the Vatican, they are hidden in Sicily, in the secluded, hilltop village of Bellafortuna. But war soon comes to the village and now the villagers must protect the Jews at all costs.

Mr. LoCoco is a New Orleans Italian Historical Fiction Writer whose works have won awards and have garnered high praise from reviewers and readers alike.
