Heart is the central word for the mind.
When we guard our hearts it affects our mouth.

Psalm 101:3, I will set no wicked thing
before my eyes.
Psalm 73:1-3, Truly God is good to Israel,
to the pure in heart.
2 But as for me, my feet almost stumbled;
my steps had almost slipped.
3 For I was envious at the boastful;
I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
Proverbs 4:26, Ponder the path of your feet,
and let all your ways be established.
God is here looking out for us.
