This podcast episode of "Pod Pinions" with Bruce and Rich delves into explosive allegations surrounding former President Obama and the Trump administration.Β

The hosts discuss Trump's accusation of Obama committing treason, citing evidence revealed by Tulsi Gabbard suggesting the Obama administration manufactured the Russian collusion narrative. The discussion covers alleged involvement of high-ranking officials like Clapper, Brennan, Comey, Lynch, and McCabe, impeachment proceedings, and the controversial "PP tape." The podcasters highlight the legacy media's alleged downplaying of these claims and contrast it with their own more in-depth reporting.Β

Further topics include the investigation into Michael Flynn, suspicious events surrounding the 2020 election (including Pennsylvania vote counts), the positive economic indicators under the current administration, the death of Ozzy Osbourne, and the surprising political trajectory of Senator John Fetterman.Β

Finally, the episode touches upon concerning incidents involving illegal immigrants, challenges to Harvard University's funding, mysterious drone sightings near sensitive locations, and the potential for foreign interference in US affairs. The hosts emphasize the need for independent investigation and encourage listeners to critically examine the information presented.

From confusion to corruption, this one moves fast.

🎺 Straight talk. Real questions. No scripts. Welcome to Podpinions.

Speaker 00 (00:01):
Welcome to Podpinions, where the world's on
fire and we show up like it's abackyard barbecue.
Politicians, roasted.
Woke trends, torched.
Common sense, we've got youcovered.

Speaker 01 (00:20):
Hey everybody, welcome back to Podpinions.
I'm Rich.
And I'm Bruce.
And here we are for anotherjam-packed night.
Can it get any more jam-packed?
I don't know.
Again, like I said the lasttime, you watch the news in the
morning, and by noon, it's justcompletely different.

(00:41):
Completely different.
It's like just completelydifferent.
I did a bunch of notes thismorning, and it's totally moot.
Yep, yep.
It all got put on the backburner, right?
Like, wow.
I mean, the biggie thismorning, or actually all day,
was evidently, I mean, Icouldn't believe it when I saw

(01:05):
it with Trump.
Yeah, with the news conference.
Oh, my God.
I mean, he's accusing Obama oftreason.
Yeah, on live TV.
That was just mouth hitting thefloor.
Yeah.
Well, I mean, I guess we allhad an inkling of kind of what
was going on from the beginning.

(01:26):
I mean, it's been since Trumpgot in office in 2016 that he's
been saying that, you know, theObama administration spied on
his campaign and the Russia hoaxand all that stuff.
All that stuff.
I mean, it's just...
Well, going back to what, 2015,right?
Yeah, basically when it comedown the escalator.

(01:47):
Right, they startedimmediately.
The news agencies, the media, they just flipped on them.
The legacy media.
As opposed to mainstream.
Mainstream media, yeah.
Come on.
The one big ball of...
You know, it's funny.
Like, mainstream media is likepodcasters now.

(02:08):
Yeah.
No, it is.
Yeah.
That's where everybody'sgetting actually the most
up-to-date actual breaking news.
Right.
Other than if you watch themainstream media, legacy media,
whatever you want to call it,that ball of line that, you
know...
You cast your line and go, andit's all over together.

(02:29):
It's called a bird's nest.
And so you try to listen tothat, and they're talking about
just nonsense.
It's not like we'rejournalists.
We never even played one on TV.
Right, exactly.
Pun, pun, or joke, bad joke.
But I guess on Friday, see, Ijust kind of like got glossed

(02:50):
over on Friday, this wholething.
Mm-hmm.
And then when was it?
Yesterday Trump came out,wasn't it?
Or was it today?
No, it was today.
Yeah.
And it just, whoa.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So evidently on Friday, TulsiGabbard, who is the head of
national intelligence, directorof national intelligence,
revealed overwhelming evidencethat demonstrates how after

(03:12):
President Trump won the 2016election against Hillary, that
Obama, then President Obama andhis national security cabinet
members met.
manufactured that whole Russiancollusion thing.
Now remind me, didn't, wasn'tthere, didn't he get impeached
for, along those lines of theinvestigation?

(03:36):
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
So all this has come out.
Was that phone call withUkraine?
Right, exactly.
And that little weenie from thePentagon was on the other line.
Right.
And he testified that it waslike...
You know, collusion.
Right.
And all kinds of weird stuffgoing on.
Yep.
Then you had the lovers.

(03:57):
Oh, yeah.
Strzok and Page.
Strzok and Page.
And the FBI.
Right.
But apparently this all startedin the Oval Office.
They had a meeting with Obama'stop cabinet members.
Yeah, but how did they findthis out?
Just from documents?
Well, yeah.
There's...
If you go on to the...

(04:18):
website, DNI website.
Tulsi released all theinformation and documents on
there.
That's where we got this from.
It was actually on a governmentwebsite.
And it's all there.
It's basically the breakdown ofthe meetings and what went
over, who was there, Biden wasthere, Clapper, Brennan, Comey,

(04:45):
they were all part of this.
And then they lied in Congress.
Right.
And how many of them actuallygot pardons from the auto pen?
The auto pen, yes.
We're still not done with thatyet.
The auto pen, it never runs outof ink.
It's amazing.
No, so I mean, how many ofthose guys actually got
pardoned?
We don't know.
Yeah, I don't have the wholelist.
I don't know.

(05:07):
We should actually do that.
Yeah, we could do that.
Get the whole list of all thepardons and see who's who.
Maybe I can put a list in thenotes for this episode.
I'll put a note of all thepardons.
It's pretty crazy.
Like Loretta Lynch, she was inon it, Andrew McCabe, all
talking about Russia and howthey can do something.
Remember when they said thatthere were videos of Trump

(05:29):
somewhere with a Russianprostitute?
Mm-hmm.
Right.
Remember that?
Yeah.
The pee tape, they always callit.
Yeah.
It was supposed to be peeing onthem or something like that.
It's just ridiculous.
Absolutely believable.
So after this one meeting,Clapper's executive assistant
sent an email to the leadersasking them with creating a new

(05:53):
IC assessment per thepresident's request.
So now they must have it inwriting that Obama– requested
all this stuff.
Yep.
There's a lot to unpack in thedocuments that were released.
And I'm sure that's why theydid it on Friday to give the

(06:14):
weekend for people to go overthe documents that were
released.
But that one, you know, notjust the bullet points, but the
whole...
The whole document, right.
Document.
Yeah, go on our website.
We'll get you the...
Yeah, we'll put it down in thelink in the episode down there.
You can click right on it.
Because it's unbelievable.
Yep.
So...
In 2017, a new intelligencecommunity assessment was

(06:40):
released that directlycontradicted the other thing.
Because now they're into CYA,covering your ass, for those who
are not in the know.
So months of investigations andall kinds of stuff.
So now we know, going forward,if you jump forward, And to that

(07:03):
meeting that Trump had withComey, when Comey took notes and
did all what he did, when theyhad that dinner together and it
went south, now we know why.
Right.
And Comey had made a comment, too, about– was that in Congress
that he– Or somebody asked him, maybe it was at a speech or

(07:28):
something like that, that he wastalking about the FBI
investigating Trump.
And they're not supposed to...
Whatever the investigation wasthat they weren't supposed to
do, and Comey was like, well, Isent them anyway.
Right.
And everybody laughed and had agood time and all that good

(07:48):
stuff, so...
Ha, ha, ha.
Unbelievable.
The laugh is on them now.
So then they hired Mueller todo his whole thing.
Well, don't forget, in themidst of all that, too, with the
meeting with Trump appointingGeneral Michael Flynn at the
time, Flynn actually wasn't partof all this group, right?

(08:19):
But apparently he must have hadsome kind of knowledge of that.
So that's why they went afterhim.
And they went after him.
And if you haven't seen themovie Flynn, it's definitely
worth watching.
That poor guy, what he wentthrough.
And then he ended up getting...

(08:39):
He hired Sidney Powell, Ibelieve was the attorney, and
basically got off the charges, and then they started going
after his son.
And that's when he said...
And that's when, yeah.
So now, you actually met him, didn't you?
Yes, yeah.
Actually, just before they werereleasing the movie, he was

(09:02):
doing a local tour, and I hadgone up north and met him and
met his son, met some otherpeople, Ivan Raiklin.
who's done some incredibleinvestigation about the timeline
and how all this is connected.
Did he speak at that?

(09:23):
Yeah, yeah.
And very down to earth, justlike me and you talking.
And it was really eye-opening.
Basically, it was a...
We got to meet him, talk tohim.
He spoke to you, the group, andthen you watched the movie, and

(09:44):
then you were able to askquestions afterward and stuff.
Yeah.
Very cool.
So it really opened my eyes onwhat he went through, and it's
incredible what these people aregoing through to retain power.
It's incredible.
You know, I knew it was bad,but I didn't know how bad it

(10:06):
was.
I mean, there's levels, youknow, and again, peeling the
onion.
But the corruption and thelevel that this was at is just,
there are no words.
No.
And it's, they've created sucha, I guess a wall of, between

(10:29):
the media and what they weredoing and making up all these
stories for the regular personto try and investigate this
stuff.
And now Obama's fighting backbig time.
He put out a statement.
Oh, yeah.
Right.
It's all bullshit.
Yeah.
It's like, well.
So I will listen to oneattorney today.

(10:51):
And somebody had asked himabout the statute of limitations
or like this conspiracy andthat sort of thing.
And basically, it has to be.
It's five years, I believe itis.
It's the statute oflimitations.
Now, treason doesn't have astatute of limitations, but like

(11:11):
conspiracy to commit thesetypes of crimes has like a
five-year statute oflimitations.
So where are we at?
So basically what happens isyou have to get to a point where
the thoughts or the– Theconspiracy has been disavowed

(11:35):
and ended.
But every time they go aheadand comment or try to bury more,
it extends to that time period.
So even today, with Obamacoming out and making a
statement, now the five yearsextension starts as of...

(11:59):
The time when he's trying to,if allegedly committed some, is
part of these crimes, it's goingto start from today, five
years.
Okay.
So it just keeps extending eachtime they open their mouths,
basically, and try to bury it.
This has been going on for 10years.

(12:20):
Right, right.
This is unbelievable.
Yeah.
So I'm just curious if, well, what's amazing to me is...
there's certain people stillscreaming about Russia.
And it's been debunked likeumpteen times.
And they're still on thisTrump's evil.
But here...

(12:40):
You had a president of theUnited States conspiring against
someone else.
Well, not only someone else, but, well, a private citizen
would be before he was elected.
And then a duly electedpresident of the United States.
And then, even afterward, thatthey continued this Russia,

(13:02):
Russia, Russia thing.
And it says right in thedocuments, you know, The FBI
investigated, the CIA, and therewas no thought or even
suggestion that Russia had anyinterference in the election or
was going to interfere in theelection.
And it's all documented there.

(13:23):
So what they're going to do nowis they are going to, according
to Tulsi Gabbard, they're goingto start investigating
everybody.
Doesn't matter what levelthey're at.
Right.
Everybody's gettinginvestigated.
And that's the way it needs tobe.
So I just hope to God Pam Bondidoesn't cave.
Well, I think no matter what'shappened in the past, recently

(13:50):
with Epstein and that sort ofthing, it's now...
She has no choice as far as I'mconcerned.
I hope you're right.
She's either going to do it orit's all going to implode on her
because she's going to be thekey now.
Now my question is, we talkedabout this earlier, I think it
was over the weekend or lastweek, Matt Gaetz met with Trump

(14:14):
at the White House, but nothingwas said as to why.
I know it was at one rally.
I did pull up the...
the, uh, the rally that, uh, hehad said that, um, the way
things were progressing with theelection and, uh, him and Gates
had a, uh, a secret and hewould let us all know what the

(14:36):
secret was after the election.
So maybe which election thispast one in 2024.
Okay.
Yeah.
Or 2023, um, or 2024.
Yeah.
Um, So I don't think we've everheard what the secret was.

(14:57):
No.
So maybe this has something todo with that.
Or was that when he was goingto be attorney general and then
the Democrats just...
No, it had something to do withthe election.
He specifically said that theplan on the election or
something like that.
He says, you know, we have a...
good plan or something likethat.

(15:19):
Right, Matt Gaetz?
He specifically said MattGaetz.
Okay.
Because now they'resubpoenaing, or no, they're
trying to, was it a subpoena toget all the Pennsylvania voter
records?
Yeah, so they put out a requestfor, I believe, I'm going to
say it was, I don't remember ifit was 9- Or 19 states.

(15:43):
I believe it was nine specificstates that they've requested
the voter records.
Not the votes, but their voterrecords.
To see who's real and who'snot.
Right.
To see what's going on.
So this is all going to be tiedinto, you know, the election.

(16:03):
You know, what these peoplehave been trying to do with him.
being elected and trying to getyou know discredit him right
off the bat it just there's noquestion that we all saw the
videos of the big sheets ofcardboard I couldn't believe

(16:25):
taping up on the windows yeahPhiladelphia where they were
like blocking out the windows sonobody could look in yeah and I
remember I was watchingwatching the vote counts in the
state and I clicked the refreshbutton to get the newest
results, and the votes changedlike 40,000 votes right in front

(16:46):
of my eyes.
So there's nobody going to tellme that something wasn't going
on.
Something was very amiss.
So if you want to check thisout, dni.gov is where Tulsi
Gabbard put up all thisinformation.
So now they're trying todiscredit her, and...

(17:07):
This is going to be very, veryinteresting how they're trying
to backpedal.
Right.
Well, it's going to be hard todiscredit now because in the six
months he's been in, you know,he's worked on the trade deals,
all the everything that theysaid, oh, it's going to crush

(17:29):
the economy.
And it didn't.
It did the opposite, you know.
The stock market's the highestit's ever been in history.
These companies are coming in,billions and $500 billion here,
$500 billion there, trilliondollars here, wanting to bring

(17:52):
their companies forward.
back to the United States orinto the United States.
Pennsylvania, they just had themeeting last week for the
technology.
With AI and all that stuff.
So all that is going to have aplay on people's mindsets of

(18:14):
what's real and what's justpropaganda.
Because we've been...
We've been fed propaganda for along time.
Long time.
And a lot of people are justover it because we want to buy a
house, have a family, and liveyour life.
Well, I'm still at a loss forwords about the President of the

(18:39):
United States coming out onlive television and accusing a
former president of treason.

Unknown (18:48):
Mm-hmm.

Speaker 01 (18:50):
I'm just at a complete loss of words.
Yeah, well, apparently theirdocuments support that.
But legacy media is not exactlyputting it out there.
Well, yeah, it's like you couldhear a pin drop with this out
in the legacy media becausethey're all implicated into it
as well.
They're supporting this.
Right.

(19:10):
And the Russian hoax...
Um, they've been jamming itdown everybody's throat for
years.
I mean, I still see it come upevery once in a while on the,
you know, a clip here and there.
It's funny.
I mean, it's really funny.
And you had, you know, you had,uh, Adam Schiff is still.
Oh yeah.
Yeah.
Now they're investigating him.

(19:32):
Right.
Oh joy.
So, um, it seems like, um, Thechickens are going to come to
roost.
We'll see.
I guess the old adage ofpayback is a bitch is coming
true.
That's it.
I mean, we talked about it twoepisodes ago.

(19:52):
Now it's starting to come clearwhat exactly happened in
Butler.
As far as I'm concerned, thequestions...
are starting to become biggerand bigger and bigger.
And the guy in Florida, too.
Right.
But the guy in Florida didn'ttake a shot, but this guy took

(20:16):
several shots and hit PresidentTrump in the year.
So it begs lots of questions ofwhat exactly happened and if
this core group and its...
underlings um made all thisstuff up i mean they know

(20:40):
they're in deep doo-doo if uh ifthis all comes out which looks
like it's coming out so it makesyou wonder um how far they
would actually go to uh preventthis so you're saying the thing
in butler that was a hit um I'mnot saying it is, but everything

(21:03):
leads to the question.
It's kind of pointing that way.
Like, why didn't they see thiskid on the roof and do something
about it?
Right.
And you have certain newsagencies that hadn't covered a
rally of Trump the whole timeuntil that day.
And it's amazing.
It's the same news agency, thatmedia agency that was...

(21:28):
there for some of the arrests.
Which one was it?
Roger Stone.
Roger Stone.
CNN just shows up at like 5o'clock in the morning.
And how did they know?
So it just makes you wonder, how did they know to record this
particular broadcast?
Good point.
It's just questions that comeup.

(21:49):
And all the weird stuff.
I mean, the kid was crematedlike two days later.

Unknown (21:55):
Mm-hmm.

Speaker 01 (21:56):
We don't know anything about him.
No, nothing about his parents,nothing.
The whole thing stinks.
And then you have some of theindependent people that have
gotten themselves kind oflooking at different things and
cell phone records and there'spings from supposedly this kid's

(22:21):
cell phone, had several cellphones, even pinging into
Washington, D.C., the FBIbuilding.
So, again, sounds likeconspiracy theory, much like
what we were shoved down ourthroats in 2016 with the
Russian, you know, saying thatthis Russian stuff was a hoax,

(22:45):
all called conspiracy theoristsand all this stuff.
But now it's a pod pinion.
It's a pod pinion.
And, you know, it justβ€” I thinkit's all going to come out.
I just do.
I hope so.
And it's only been six monthsinto his term.
Yep.
But I'm still worried about themidterms.
You said earlier that you'renot.

(23:08):
Oh, anything can happen,obviously.
I mean, it's not that I'm notworried.
But, again, if you continue, you have to have the public
support.
You had to have the publicsupport for the Russian hoax.
to actually take effect.
And they were very successfulwith that.

(23:30):
I mean, the whole country wasdivided on that.
Goebbels would be proud.
Yes.
So what has to happen is youhave to show, by example, real
stuff.
This was all talk.
There was no documents.
There was no evidence of Russiahacking us.

(23:51):
There was no computer...
printout saying that it was hitfrom this, and this is how many
votes got switched, and it wasall just talk.
It was like, oh, well, it's topsecret, so we can't show you,
but this is what happened.
But what's happening now isthere's actual evidence and

(24:15):
documentation, and there's whatTrump has said yesterday, will
happen as far as economy andbringing jobs back, closing the
border.
He's actually doing it.
And he doesn't have to bury itbehind a top-secret label.
Not at all.

(24:35):
It's in front of the nation.
Yeah, he's right out there withit.
So anybody that can't see that,I'm sorry for them, but, you
know...
It's right in front of yourface now.
It's just up to you whether youwant to see it or not.
What's amazing to me, though,is that the Democrats and the

(24:56):
lefties still won't buy it.
It's right there in front oftheir face, and they're still
saying it's not true.
Well, I mean, if you'reimplemented in...
conducting treason against theUnited States, I would probably
discredit it also.
What's funny is because rightbefore we started tonight, I

(25:17):
just checked some stuff online.
Thank you, Al Gore.
Yeah, thank you.
Poll numbers.
Pew Research and some of those, they have Trump up.
CNN, MSNBC, all of those, theyhave him Losing points big time.

(25:39):
Just like just up to theelection.
I mean, Kamala was.
Yeah, way ahead.
Well, you know, I mean, I don'tknow how anybody could think
that, especially after the firsttime.
Oh, yeah.
Hillary's a shoe in.
Yeah, right.
You know, she was a muchstronger candidate than Kamala
Harris.
I can tell you that.
What happened to Kamala Harris?

(26:01):
Gone.
Don't know.
She's poof.
Yeah.
Maybe she's in a rehab.
Just listen for the cackle.
Yeah, that's it.
On a sad note, Ozzy Osbournepassed away.
Oh, yeah.
Ozzy.
I was surprised because he justdid a concert a week or two
ago.
His final tour or finalconcert.

(26:22):
I mean, he was sitting in achair.
Yeah, he looked really rough.
Yeah.
But he did it.
Yeah.
And, you know, thank God.
goodness that he was able toget out there one last time and
for the fans and I mean he's anicon you know um Wasn't he the
one who ate a bat on stage orripped a bat's head off on

(26:43):
stage?
Yeah.
I don't remember if it was abat or a dove.
I know there was a dove, but Idon't know if the bat was
actually a...
Was it real?
Yeah.
There was a conspiracy?
Yeah.
A theory?
It could have been like aRussian interfering with our
election.
I'm not sure.
He was 76.
He was a Russian bat.
Or China bat.
China bat.
Maybe that's where they get thebat thing from COVID.

(27:05):
Oh, it was from him.
Yeah.
Hmm.
Ozzy Osbourne started it.
But he had Parkinson's, andhe's been battling it for a
couple years.
His wife had cancer, I think.
Didn't she, Sharon Osbourne?
I know she was sick.
I believe she did, yeah.
He was referred to as thePrince of Darkness.

(27:30):
I know a trumpet player who wecalled that.
He didn't seem like the Princeof Darkness.
when he had that TV show.
That was bizarre.
I remember it was so bad likeyou had to watch it.
Oh, absolutely.
Sharon! Oh, man.
Yeah, so he's going to bemissed in the music world.

(27:52):
He was a significant...
Music maker.
Yeah.
Definitely left his mark.
And he's one of those musiciansthat have inspired others to be

(28:12):
who they are now.
And some of those bands areiconic as well.
But he's definitely...
been one of those pioneers, Iguess you would say.
Yeah, absolutely.
That sort of music.
The metal guys.
Yeah.
So, yeah.
God bless you, Ozzy Osbourne.
What else is happening?
All kinds of stuff.

(28:33):
What do you got?
You got to get like a pilethere.
I don't think we can getthrough it all.
I did like a ton of researchtoday.
So, John Fetterman, our senatorfrom Pennsylvania.
Right.
He...
This guy's really surprisingme.
I didn't like him at all, asyou know.
I mean, I really did.
I saw this guy, and it's like,oh, man, Senator Lurch.

(28:55):
That's what he reminds me of.
But then he had this girl.
From the Addams family, if youdidn't know.
I'm dating myself.
So he...
He just surprised, he shocks meevery time.
The guy had a stroke and waslaid up for who knows how long.
He even needed a specialcomputer screen in the Senate

(29:21):
because he didn't comprehendthings, so he had to read it.
So they did that for him.
And all of a sudden, he madethis amazing turnaround.
So you'd almost think he was aRepublican.
Almost, yeah, almost.
And he's been reallyaggravating some of his

(29:42):
colleagues on the Democrat side.
It always amazes me, too, thatjust looking at his history, he
was mayor, I believe.
Yeah, I forget what town itwas.
But just some of the stuff hedid there.
Chasing the guy down the streetwith a shocker.
Yeah.
You know, you'd think that theDemocratic Party wouldn't have

(30:04):
embraced him as such.
But they did.
And here we are.
Yeah.
So every day is a shocker withJohn Fetterman.
But I do think he's seen theisolation that they put on you.
If you aren't in lockstep, ifyou don't.
say what they want you to sayand have an opinion or a pod

(30:28):
opinion of your own, you're out.
Yeah, right.
Big time out.
So what he did, he's now, hegot together with Senator Kevin
Cramer of North Dakota, who's aRepublican.
And they're pushing for cashpayment, like a cash payment

(30:51):
bill.
So There's been this big pushto get away from cash and go to
crypto and electronic transfersand all that kind of stuff.
So he's actually pushing forjust the opposite, that we
should have a choice whether wewant to use plastic, digital, or

(31:12):
actual cash.
So the two of them wrote thisbill.
And it would require thoseconducting in-person business to
accept cash as payment fromcustomers.
So a store would have to takethe cash.
I know there's Kalahari, thewater park over here.
You can't use cash anywhere inthe place.

(31:33):
I mean, there's a whole bunchof businesses like that now that
refuse to take cash.
God knows why.
It makes no sense to me.
I'd rather take cash thanplastic.
Yeah.
Well, I guess they figure it'seasier, simpler, just transfers
from one place to the other.
Yeah, but you're gettingwhacked like 3.5%, 4% on the
transaction.
Right.
Yeah, that's true.
As far as the business owner.

(31:54):
Right.
The business owner.
Correct.
So...
It says, any person engaged inthe business of selling or
offering goods or services atretail to the public who accepts
in-person payments at aphysical location, like a
brick-and-mortar store, shallaccept cash as a form of payment
for sales made at such physicallocation in amounts up to and

(32:18):
including $500 per transaction.
So they're going to, like, force them to have to take cash.
Well, you know, we're going tohave to look...
this exactly up, because Ibelieve there's already a law on
the books.
I don't know whether it'snationally, but I do remember
seeing in Pennsylvania about thelaws, and it just had to do

(32:43):
with researching on credit cardpayments and different things
that you're not, you weren'tallowed to, unless they changed
it under the radar, a businesswasn't allowed to Not take cash.
You know, it was illegal forthem not to be able to accept
cash.
Oh, I don't know.
Yeah, definitely look intothat.

(33:04):
So we'll look into that and seewhat we can come up with for
the next one.
But I do remember seeing that, and it was a law that as far as–
I mean, I believe it startedout with, you know, because
credit cards and then debitcards, but cash was– always, you

(33:25):
could always use cash.
So he said, it's simple.
If you're open for business inAmerica, you should be able to
take U.S.
dollars.
Common sense, right?
So we shall see if this willget through or not, but I think
it's going to meet someopposition from credit card

(33:51):
companies.
Again, I'm interested.
Again, we'll look it up, butI'm interested in seeing that
$500 per transaction.
I don't know that there was alimit before.
So maybe this is a way ofchanging the law for a
limitation or something.
So we've got to be careful andmake sure that this is actually

(34:12):
not adjusting the actual lawthat's on the books now.
Good point.
bringing it down, so I'll haveto look into that.
Yeah.
Interesting.
And again, it may have, thiswas some years ago that I looked
into it, taking credit cardpayments and stuff like that.
But it was illegal to notaccept cash at that time.

(34:38):
Yeah, we'll definitely lookthat up and put it in the notes
at the bottom.
What else is happening?
All kinds of stuff.
What do you got over on yourside there?
So, another interesting thingwith the border and the illegal

(35:02):
immigrants.
No, illegal aliens.
Illegal aliens.
Let's get it right.
Illegal aliens.
Yes, it's not immigrants.
Well, whatever.
Semantics.
They're illegal aliens.
Illegal aliens.
And...
So, there is a coalition of 20predominantly Democratic state

(35:24):
attorneys general filed twofederal lawsuits in Rhode Island
and Massachusetts to basicallysue the Trump administration to
continue funding illegal aliens.
As they're here.
Using tax dollars.
Is this crazy?

(35:45):
This is crazy.
Yeah.
Our money paying for illegalaliens.
So, you know, the credit cards, the cell phones, the rent, the
food stamps, all this stuff isfederally funded.
Thanks to Doge, we've seen alot of other things that are
federally funded that doesn'tinclude state, which I'm sure...

(36:10):
disencompasses here, like NewYork State funding different
things.
That's how they get around.
Look at the waste inPennsylvania, right here in
Pennsylvania.
Right.
So this is, again, in my view, they're trying to...

(36:30):
They don't care about theindividuals.
They're looking at ballots, andthey're looking at voters, and
that's why they're coddling upto anybody that they can to try
and support them, to try to paythem off, basically, in my
opinion, to vote for them.

(36:52):
So, obviously, if you've givensomebody who walks across the
border...
Brand new cell phone, freeservice, give them a place for
rent.
A Thank You Joe Biden shirt, remember that?
Yes.
You know, put them ongovernment-funded food stamps,

(37:13):
on Medicaid, Medicare, whatevermedical assistance they need.
Well, the rest of the Americansare going, you

Speaker 00 (37:22):
know,

Speaker 01 (37:22):
what's going on here?
You know, I can't afford food.
medical insurance.
Why are these people gettinginsurance?
So it just goes to show howdeep this corruption and
nonsense goes.
I have not seen that in thenews.

(37:42):
No.
No, I just happened to...
Where did you even find that?
On X.
I just...
Stumbled on it.
Stumbled on it, and somebodyhad posted it, you know,
somebody, an independent person.
Then I looked into it, andactually, I actually put this
into chat GPT, and I said, canyou give me...
the breakdown just to see whatit would do.

(38:04):
And then I looked at it and itseems it's legit.
So the states that are Part ofthis are California, Colorado,
Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii,Illinois, Maine, Maryland,
Massachusetts, Michigan,Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey,

(38:26):
New Mexico, New York, Oregon,Rhode Island, Washington State,
Wisconsin, and Vermont.
All blue states.
Yeah.
Stunner.
Yeah.
Some of these states seem to belike the ones in question of
who is going to win this lastelection.
Was it going to be Trump or theswing states, you know?

(38:46):
So it's going to be interestingwhat happens here.
See which judges being...
They brought the lawsuit up inRhode Island and Massachusetts.
Kind of tells you the outcomethat they're looking for.
They didn't...
They didn't bring the lawsuitup in some place like Alabama

(39:13):
or...
Tennessee.
Yeah.
Texas.
Right.
So it's going to be interestingto see what happens.
So if you haven't been payingattention or haven't seen this,
we hadn't seen it.
It just happened to pop up.
Keep an eye on that as well.
And then you do your ownresearch.
Right.
And look into it.
Don't just...

(39:33):
Let somebody glaze over it.
And again, you know, we'rebringing this stuff up.
We don't claim to beinvestigative reporters.
It's not our careers.
We give our opinions, podopinions.
Well, it's just common sense.
Yeah.
And look at different things ina common sense way.
Because I don't believeanything I see on TV or read on

(39:57):
the interwebs.
Thank you, Al Gore.
Thank you, Al Gore.
What is it?
What you're saying?
Everybody's an ax murderer.
Everybody's an ax murdereruntil proven otherwise.
Hey, it's, it served me well.

Speaker 00 (40:10):
Yeah.
So

Speaker 01 (40:13):
it has served me well.
What else you got?
Um, also in the news in NewYork city, another sanctuary
city, um, in Sanctuary State, aU.S.
Customs and Border Protectionagent was shot in the face by an
illegal alien.
An illegal alien.

(40:34):
Stunner.
I mean, granted, there's alittle park underneath the
George Washington Bridge, andthe guy was there with his
girlfriend or his wife late atnight.
Now, what he was doing therelate at night, I don't know.
But it's not exactly thegreatest of neighborhoods.

Unknown (40:51):
Mm-hmm.

Speaker 01 (40:52):
But they were sitting on a park bench, and
these two guys drove up on amoped.
And they were trying to robhim.
So he pulled out.
He happened to have his dutyweapon with him.
Pulled his gun out.
And a firefight ensued betweenhim and the one bad guy, the one
illegal alien.
And he got shot in the arm andin the face.

(41:14):
And evidently knocked out awhole bunch of teeth on the one
side.
But he's going to...
And the agent was the one onthe park bench with his wife.
And they came up to rob him.
Yeah, and he's the one who gotshot in the face.
Right.
The other guy got shot in thegroin and in the leg.
And his buddy put him on the– Iactually saw the video.
It was pretty wild.
Dumped him off at a hospitalout in front of the emergency

(41:36):
room on the street.
The guy was, like, unconscious.
So, you know, they took him in,bullet wounds.
And there was some guy– thisis, like, late at night– The guy
pulls up in front of theemergency room on the moped with
the other guys in front of him.
He's holding them.
And just dumps them off.
And some guy's walking by,walking his dog, and just kind

(41:58):
of looks at the guy on theground and just keeps going.
Typical New York, right?

Speaker 02 (42:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 01 (42:04):
And so I guess they came out and got him and then
realized what was going on.
And he got arrested on thespot.
You know, just...
I could see the guy slumpedover on the– or kind of him
holding him on the moped.
And I don't know how my mindworks, but it just goes to the

(42:24):
Coldplay concert with the– Wecan make a meme.
So the officer was in stablecondition as of Sunday.
And the other guy– and he'sexpected to survive.
I mean, I feel bad.
I mean– I just can't imaginegetting shot in the face.
Or I can't imagine gettingshot, period.

(42:45):
But he wasn't in uniformeither.
He was in plain clothes becausehe was off duty.
But the guy who did theshooting evidently has a record
of for domestic assault, allkinds of stuff, and they keep

(43:07):
letting him out of jail.
I was just going to say, let meguess.
And he's an illegal alien.
Let me guess.
They keep letting him out.
No charges.
The guy's name, Miguel Mora,he's 21 years old, illegal alien
with an extensive criminalpast.
He was taken into custody afterarriving at a Bronx hospital
with gunshot wounds to the groinand leg.

(43:28):
His accomplice was caught a fewhours later, right?
He entered the countryillegally through Arizona in
2023, and he had two priorarrests for domestic violence in
New York, which is where thishappened.
He was wanted...
in New York to face accusationsof robbery and felony assault

(43:51):
and in Massachusetts over astolen weapons case.
And they let this bozo out.
I can't.
I don't get it.
Well, it goes back to ballots, votes.
I mean, who are you going tovote for?
Are you going to vote forsomebody who's going to put you
in prison or somebody to let youout?
Right?
Common sense.
I mean, that's my opinion.

(44:11):
Invest in lead, ladies andgentlemen.
I mean, it's just crazy.
Yeah.
Yeah, well, you know, it's whatI'd like to see what the sheets
are for these judges of whothey actually put in prison.
I think it's pretty light rightnow.

(44:33):
Yeah.
I'd like to see how many guysgot out of Rikers Island lately.

Unknown (44:38):
Mm-hmm.

Speaker 01 (44:38):
Well, not now, but when Biden was in office.
But it would be interesting tosee what the cases are, just a
laundry list of all the casesand what the outcomes were and
who they were.
It would be probably a goodreview for people to see what

(45:01):
these people that areβ€” Dishingout supposed justice.
Well, Mayor Adams, right?
The guy used to be a cop, right?
And he's now the mayor of NewYork City.
So part of him is saying, arrest, arrest, arrest.
And then the other side of himis saying, let him out, let him
out, let him out.

(45:21):
Right.
Where does the guy stand?
Right.
Exactly.
And he's running for mayoragainst that whack job
communist.
Yeah.
And Curtis Sliwa, who'sactually coming up in the polls,
which is...
Yeah, I...
New York, I mean...
New York used to be...

(45:41):
A cool town.
Well, you just didn't, youknow, they had a reputation.
You didn't mess with New York.
Right.
You didn't.
Well, unless you were MayorDinkins.
That was like the worst.
But what I'm saying is theyjust had a reputation for.
Toughness.
Toughness and taking care of,you know, their own.
And I mean, what's happened?

(46:02):
What's happened in New York?
It's ridiculous.
As far as I'm concerned.
I mean.
Then you got Cuomo, who's notgoing to give up.
and he's still running as aDemocrat, even though the other
guy won, it's just...
Yeah.
I don't know.
I don't get it.
I don't get it.
I predict a major exodus fromNew York City,

Speaker 00 (46:29):
regardless

Speaker 01 (46:29):
of who gets in.

Unknown (46:30):
Right.
But again, you know, is thatthe plan?
Is that their plan to usherout...

Speaker 00 (46:38):
Americans and usher in illegal aliens who are going
to lock in the vote.

Speaker 01 (46:45):
Because if you look at the map, just look at the
last presidential election.
Just look at the map and seewhat's red and what's blue.
You get these little spots ofblue and red everywhere else.
But the spots of blue is wherethe major cities are, and that's

(47:12):
who is swaying the election forthe whole state.
So we were talking to thatgentleman today.
Correct.
You know, you have a sectionthat's basically– If you can get
the population and thosespecific sections to go one way,

(47:34):
it doesn't matter what anybodyelse in a state is going to do.
It's their vote that's reallygoing to count.
Right.
So, and, you know, that iswhat, as far as nationally, that
is what the electoral collegeis supposed to do.
try to eliminate is because weare not a democracy it isn't

(48:02):
whoever has the most as far asconstitutional constitutional
republic and the person that's30 miles out in away from the
city and in the middle of whatwe would call nowhere should
have the same amount of voice assomebody in a highly populated

Speaker 00 (48:27):
city.

Speaker 01 (48:30):
Right.
It's not set up that way.
Well, it is, but what they'vedone is taken advantage of
bringing as many people in asthey can.
With the skew of the numbers?

Unknown (48:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 01 (48:49):
Well, yeah, and then taking the tax, in my opinion,
my pod opinion, they congregateas many people as possible in
these cities, and then they takethe tax money from everybody
else in the state, and theyfunnel it into these cities,

(49:10):
sanctuary cities for the illegalaliens, for instance, or give
tax breaks or whatever it is, sothat they can keep the voting
block right there.
So everybody in the state isfunding it, but they don't have
a true voice when it comes tovoting because they're just
outnumbered with the voters inthis small area.

(49:33):
And that's basically what theelectoral college was supposed
to do when you had large cities, but then you had vast, you
know, Miles of Iowa.
Yeah.
You know, they should have asmuch say as everybody else.

(49:55):
And they've derived a plan tobe able to overcome that by
funding everybody that they wantto vote for them.
by using everybody else's taxdollars.
So that's my opinion, podopinion.
Well, you mentioned collegesand education and universities.

(50:15):
And lawyers for HarvardUniversity and the Trump
administration, they're fightingit out in court in Boston.
So this is all over thoseprotests that they had where the
pro-Palestinian protests SoTrump is trying to cut their

(50:38):
funding because they're gettinglike two point something billion
dollars a year from federalgovernment.
They don't need it.
The argument is, well, it's formedical research.
Well, isn't that what BigPharma does?
Right?
So what does Harvard need twopoint something billion dollars
for when they have theirendowment of billions of

(50:59):
dollars?
It's like the largest endowmenton the planet.
Right.
And so it's going to beinteresting.
Well, the judge that's hearingthe case, Judge Allison
Burroughs, she was an Obamaappointee.
So she's already being vocalabout which way she's kind of

(51:20):
leaning, which I think is wrong.
Yeah, absolutely.
So we shall see what happens.
Yep.
And it's probably going to goup to the Supreme Court
eventually.
Yeah, eventually.
So we'll see what happens.
And that same thing was...
And where does this lie?
You know, the Supreme Courtissued a result on, what was it,

(51:47):
some of these federal judgesbeing able to block...
Everything Trump does.
Yeah, but they're all thumbingtheir nose now at the Supreme
Court.
Right.
So what's going to happen?
Who knows?
Something's going to have tohappen.
Absolutely.
To be continued.
So getting into what we don'tknow about stuff and where did
it go, right?

(52:08):
This is a good one.
I just found this one.
It's like, oh, yeah, whathappened to that?
Remember those Chinese weatherballoons?
Oh, yeah.
Right?
Right.
So the head of North AmericanAerospace Defense Command,
General Glenn Van Herk, described that one balloon that

(52:31):
Biden let go all the way acrossthe country, and they didn't
shoot it down until it hit theAtlantic Ocean.
Right?
Right.
And they were saying it was aweather balloon.
Well, evidently...
It was 200 feet high, and ithad a surveillance payload the
size of a regional passengerjet.
So we're talking, like,humongous, right?

(52:55):
Not a weather balloon.
And it weighed in excess of acouple thousand pounds.
Hmm.
So civilians like us who sawit, I didn't see it, but some
people did that I know, described it as a giant white
orb as it floated about 60,000feet above the central United

(53:17):
States.
And it just like went rightacross the whole country.
60,000 feet is not like fromhere to the wall.
No.
It's got to be pretty good sizeto be able to see it.
Exactly.
And how did they steer it?
That's the other big question.
So this story just poof, wentaway.
I mean, it's amazing to me.
And they shot it down.

(53:38):
They said they shot it down andthat was it.
That was it.
Didn't hear nothing else.
Right, gone.
So they evidently recoveredparts of this thing out of the
ocean.
And they were saying it wasmade out of some kind of
plastic.
Not like vulcanized rubber orcanvas or anything else that
like a weather balloon would bemade out of.
It was plastic.

(54:00):
And it was probably for weightas well.
Right.
I would imagine.
Yeah.
But still.
Right.
How can you say it was aweather balloon?
Are we that stupid?
Apparently.
And it was flying over all themilitary bases in the United
States.
Right.
Yeah.
It was a weather balloon.
Sure.
But.
What happened to this story?
Gone.
Completely gone.

(54:24):
That's another investigationthat's going to have to be done
as far as tying all these peopleinto maybe some other countries
that may have interest intaking over our country, and
that's why you're overthrowingthe sitting president of the
United States.
The other biggie, and this wasjust recent, That was like a

(54:47):
couple years ago, but this iseven more...
What happened to all thosedrones?
No, yeah, right.
We talked about it a coupletimes, yeah.
Right?
Gone, yeah.
Absolutely gone.
I mean, we had them here, flying over Sanofi, which is
like a big pharmaceuticalcompany.
They make vaccines, but theyalso have like...
Deadly viruses.

(55:09):
Deadly viruses in this place.
I mean, God forbid there's evera leak.
Right.
I mean, it'll wipe out half theEast Coast.
But...
And it's like two miles fromhere.
But so now they're saying theywere, according to this that I
read, they were authorized bythe FAA.
Now, I remember Trump saying, shoot him down.

(55:31):
Right.
But yet they're saying that theWhite House says that the FAA
approved it.
Who at the White House saidthat?
Right.
I'm not sure.
I don't think it was Trump.
Right.
Because he said, shoot himdown.
And who at the FFA?
FAA.
FAA.
FAA, sorry, when I say FFA.
Who at the FAA was authorizingthese permits or whatever they

(55:55):
need.
Well, they were saying some ofthem were like training missions
for the government and the AirForce and whoever else.
And then some were jumping onthe bandwagon, like you or me,
went out to like Walmart andbought a drone and were flying
these things.
Okay.
But even then, you need a...
A permit.
A permit.

(56:15):
Well, depending upon the size,I think.
I'm not real sure about it.
But you do need some sort of...
I know there's some sort oflicense that you have to have to
be able to operate a certaintype of drone.
In other words, you know...
And these weren't little ones.
These were big ones.
Right.
But it's not like, you know, you see the kids' toys where,
you know, they go from here tothe...
Yeah, to the wall.
To the wall and back.

(56:36):
But anything that goes above acertain height, you actually
have to have like a...
It's not an aviator's license,but it's along those lines.
You've got to take a test andget your license.
So in December of last year, all these sightings in New York,

(56:56):
New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and acouple of other East Coast
states– prompted a demand forofficials, whoever the officials
are.
They never say who they are.
Just officials.
Officials.
To find the source of theflying objects.
Experts.
Some of which were spotted nearmilitary installations.
Experts.
Experts.
But we have a military baseright here that, what do they

(57:19):
do?
They do all kinds ofcommunications repairs for the
military.

Unknown (57:24):
Mm-hmm.

Speaker 01 (57:25):
And so the FBI was also the lead agency
investigating the sightings.
And all of a sudden, it justwent away.
It was like super hot and thenpoof.
Right.
I remember the one time theywere over Trump's golf course in
Jersey or something.
I think he even canceled goingthere at the time.

(57:47):
He was supposed to go there forsome kind of event or whatever,
and they canceled.
So were they?
Were they foreign actors?
I hate that one too.
Foreign actors.
I think they have their card, actor card.
SAG and AFTRA?

(58:07):
I don't know about that.
I don't know.
Are they in the union?
But everybody, myself included,You know, it ends and it's
like, oh, okay, I guess it'sdone.
But we don't know what happenedor why.
Right.
The thing about it is everybodywas talking about it, but there

(58:32):
was no, you know, some peoplewere really scared about it, but
there was no, like, panic.
No, not at all.
Well, around here.
I mean, I know guys who wereshooting at them.
So, like, I don't know whether, you know, we talked about that
earlier.
Where did they go, that Miamialien incident?

(58:53):
Was that a test to see what thepublic's reaction was going to
be?
Maybe.
Who knows what they're cookingup?
I don't know.
That could be what this is,too.
I even asked some pilotfriends, like, what's going on
with this?
And they're, meh.
That was the response I got, meh.
Yeah, yeah.
So I don't know.
Maybe it was nothing.
Right.

(59:14):
But on that note.
I think we should wrap it up.
Yeah, all right.
Well, I'm sure we're going tohave plenty of stuff to talk
about the next one because thisjust came out today with
Trump's...
I still...
And he was meeting the...
the head of the other country, talking about the trade

(59:35):
agreement and that sort ofthing.
And a reporter asked him.
Boom.
