Women of Water, a new initiative developed by the PHTA (Pool & Hot Tub Alliance) in partnership with POOLCORP, seeks to connect, empower, and advocate for women in the pool, spa, and hot tub industry through community, education, and leadership development.

WOW officially kicks off at this year's International Pool Spa Patio Expo in Las Vegas. To learn more about the Women of Water initiative, we spoke with Sabeena Hickman, President & CEO of the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, Kendall Large, Vice President of Marketing for POOLCORP, and Jamie Novak, Marketing Director for POOLCORP.
