Det handler om frygten for ikke at lykkedes.
... Øjh, tænker du måske - må "man" godt sige højt, at man kan blive ramt af den følelse? 😯
Du kender det nok fra dit eget selvstændige liv.
Og det bliver et kæmpe stort JA, til det spørgsmål.
Hvis du ikke siger det højt til nogen, kan det vokse sig helt enormt stort på tankeplan.
Så du må virkelig godt sige højt, og lade nogle gribe dig og hjælpe dig tilbage på sporet igen.
For hvad er det egentlig med den frygt?
... Er den rationel og hjælpsom eller måske irrationel og en hæmsko..?
Vi kan nogle gange godt blive mere eller mindre hæmmede, når vi får givet en forbigående ofte irrationel frygt omkring os selv og vores opfattelse af vores evne til at lykkes, lov til at fylde i vores tankevirksomhed.
Og dér skal det bare slet ikke fylde og tage plads for gode kreative idéer.
Du kender sikkert det der med ikke altid at lykkes i samme og hurtige hastighed, som du føler du "skal" eller "bør" lykkes.
Vi glemmer alle sammen, at det at lykkes - det både definerer vi forskelligt og kommer der til af forskellige veje.. 🗺 og at det faktisk er helt som det skal være 😊
Du kommer til at være din egen hårdeste dommer, og du glemmer at få mærket ind om din frygt er realistisk. Altså om det rent faktisk er på det rigtige grundlag at din usikkerhed får lov at vokse.
