Morgan also highlighted her staff's success, with former employees moving on to open their own coffee ventures or becoming local celebrities, like Chelsey Sayasane from Fox10.
Morgan touched on how Moka's stays relevant by adapting to industry trends like offering oat milk and dairy-free options, and maintaining a kid-friendly atmosphere that includes treats like cake pops and smoothies. One of Moka's unique offerings, the "Twisted Sisters" drink, was born from a customer's suggestion and has become a bestseller. This episode not only celebrates Moka's success but also Morgan's impactful presence in Saraland, making it a must-visit spot for anyone passing through.
