side of anna, the character thatashley williams plays.
Um, she's still quirky and funwith all the one-liners, but
she's just a little more serious, not as exuberant as she was,
as she was in the first one,which I think is cool because
her life has taken, you know, aturn and I love that you know.
She's trying to find who she isstill as a writer and she's
really trying to make the what?

the food blog right or writingwork and so she's kind of
cracking down a little bit and Ithink that shows in her
character this time.
I love the friendship betweenerica and anna yes and ashley
and allison just play it soperfectly.
They play so perfectly off ofone another and I agree with
that.

They were in and then they wentout, and then they went in and

And then all of a sudden, Anna starts to cry and
she's like oh, are the onionsmaking you cry?
She said, no, I was.
But you can tell with familieslike that and like with Greek
families, it's a tradition.
They teach it you know, fromyoung.
From young, yeah, when youdon't have anybody to do that,
you don't know.
Well, you don't have to be inthat type of family.

I mean, you know, if you have a mom around who does
cook, then they're going toteach.
You were in the kitchen withyour mom and you know, because
the kitchen is like the heart ofthe home always right, right,
right.
So that was a pretty profoundmoment and I love that they gave
that to Anna and you can kindof see.
You know she, she wants likeshe's enjoying the family even

though they're not honest aboutthem being engaged Right, like
they're lying about beingengaged, but she's really
enjoying the time with thefamily, which makes it harder,
yes, to tell the truth.
And then and she's alsosupposed to be writing about the
village she thinks that'sreally going to catapult her,
because no one's ever writtenabout the saffron farm.

And we didn't talk about theflowers which I have in a little
bit.

They mentioned manifesting atthe very beginning between Nico
and Erica, and we talk aboutthat a lot.
We have a vision board, put itout there, put it out there and

And then her phone goes off.
She gets an email to let herknow, erica, that she got a book

deal.
So I was like I wish ithappened that fast.

We sat there and looked at eachother that fast Can I manifest

I'm sure it does happen quicklylike that sometimes.
But yeah, but I just, I likethe messaging of that I also
really liked the message aboutliving in the moment.
You know cause Anna says thatand we talk about that also.
You need to live, not justexist.

And when you start doing that life isn't always
easy, but it does become better.
And you know the messaging ofdon't let fear stand in your way

of failure.

they're sort of the perfectmatch in that way, right, you
know they can kind of give thatto each other.

So I just I thought it allworked.
I mean, we talked about, youknow, the kitchen is the heart
of the home and you know Erica'slike you love being in the
kitchen, don't you Anna?
And she's like it's because ofthe people in it.
And I was like ooh, you know Ialmost teared up.
It's so good.
It has some great greatone-liners and stuff.

And then you know of course the ending, when Javier
gives Anna the jar of saffron,because she didn't buy it, of
course, and he gives it to her.
I thought that was so sweet.
I like that full circle momentand I really liked that they
gave Anna and Erica the lastlike speaking moment of the
characters.
I mean there's something in thebackground after they go back
to the table and whatnot.

But yeah, I mean I just Ienjoyed that.
I'm glad they gave them thatmoment because in the end it was
about the friendship.

It's not, she wasn't really writing about that.
She was writing about Anna, whocame across this whole thing,
and I thought that was prettycool too, and I loved how they

seemed like she was for realgetting married for the first
time in life.

and they kind of have adisagreement and in the end they

She's trying to find who she isstill as a writer and she's
really trying to make the what?

cracking down a little bit and Ithink that shows in her
character this time.
I love the friendship betweenerica and anna yes and ashley
and allison just play it soperfectly.
They play so perfectly off ofone another and I agree with
that.

And then all of a sudden, Anna starts to cry and

But you can tell with familieslike that and like with Greek
families, it's a tradition.
They teach it you know, fromyoung.
From young, yeah, when youdon't have anybody to do that,
you don't know.
Well, you don't have to be inthat type of family.

I mean, you know, if you have a mom around who does
cook, then they're going toteach.
You were in the kitchen withyour mom and you know, because
the kitchen is like the heart ofthe home always right, right,

So that was a pretty profoundmoment and I love that they gave
that to Anna and you can kindof see.
You know she, she wants likeshe's enjoying the family even

enjoying the time with thefamily, which makes it harder,

village she thinks that'sreally going to catapult her,

I mean, we talked about, youknow, the kitchen is the heart

And she's like it's because ofthe people in it.

I thought that was so sweet.

to the table and whatnot.

When Erica says she's going toget married, yeah, and Anna's

I mean, she is just she just kills me and it almost
seemed like she was for realgetting married for the first
time in life.
It's so cute she made it soreal she is so so, so cute.

talked about the friendship alot.
But you know, they have alittle argument, yeah, you know,
and they kind of have adisagreement and in the end they
really did want the best forone another.

So I liked that.
