were changes that come with ageor bad genes, and we weren't
finding answers the traditionalroute.

(01:45):

And on that note, today I wannashare a quick quote that really
struck me recently, and it'sthis a healthy person has a
(02:08):
thousand dreams, but a sickperson has only one.
Think about that for a second Ahealthy person has a thousand
dreams, but a sick person hasonly one.
Okay, that is so true, and youknow what?
My one?
Speaker 1 (02:18):
dream was when I was
sick To just feel better.
And you know what my one dreamwas when I was sick To just feel
better.
I have a feeling that some ofyou who are listening right now
know exactly how this feels.
And beyond that one dream, whenyou don't feel well, it's hard
to imagine that anything else iseven possible, much less pursue
(02:39):
the dreams that God has placedin your heart.
If you only knew how much thishits home for me, because when I
hit 40, my health struggleswere robbing me of so much time
that I could have been spendingliving out my dreams, fully
showing up for my family andcreating the life that I knew I
was called to live.
But instead of being able toget out there and actively live
(03:02):
that life, I was stuck trying tojust get through each day and
my dreams felt so far away.
I know firsthand howdiscouraging and how isolating
that can feel, but I also knowwhat becomes possible when you
start to reclaim your health, one step at a time.
This quote that Jer just sharedreminds me of another truth
(03:24):
that's been on my mind lately, and it's this Without health,
you cannot create yourmasterpiece.
Think about that for a second.
You were created for abeautiful purpose and to live
that purpose, to bring yourunique gifts to the world, your
body needs to feel good.
Speaker 2 (03:43):
Think about it.
When you're healthy, the worldfeels wide open.
You can dream big and show upfor your family.
You're able to create and serveand actively live out your
purpose.
But when you struggle with yourhealth, everything narrows.
Your dreams get put on holdbecause your focus shifts to
just getting through that day.
Speaker 1 (04:02):
That's absolutely
true, which is exactly why we
are so very passionate aboutsharing with you how whole plant
foods, the real vibrant,nutrient-packed foods, can help
you reclaim your health and, with it, your dreams and this
has been known for so long.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
Think about how long
ago Hippocrates said, and with
good reason let food be thymedicine and medicine be thy
food.
The food you eat either dragsyour health down or it can be
the safest and most powerfulform of medicine.
Over and over we see this inthe research and with our
clients that whole plant foodsfruits, vegetables, whole grains
(04:38):
, beans, nuts and seeds help todramatically improve the top
health struggles of our time andso many times even reverse them
.
It just never gets old becausewe spend a lot of years as
medical professionals helpingour clients to manage their
diseases and now we get toregularly see them reverse
diagnosis like type 2 diabetes, low energy, high cholesterol,
(04:59):
high blood pressure, autoimmunediseases, brain fog and so many
more.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
It's just awesome.
It never gets old.

in amazing ways.

(05:25):
his own podcast, but he's usingthat show to inspire his
listeners to serve others too.
And then there's Christy.
She found herself exhausted andfrustrated with her health, but
after embracing whole plantfoods, we saw her discover a new
wellspring of energy and, as aresult, she began creating
thoughtful, homemade items tohelp people through their grief,
(05:47):
turning her newfound vitalityinto a mission that brings
comfort and hope to others.

into your heart, and I want toencourage you that you can feel
