Coral courageously shares her struggles through a heart break that put her in a low and dark place, a car accident that left her with physical injuries and her continuing challenge with FND (Functional Neurological Disorder).
Coral's compassion and commitment to helping others is eminent when she shares with the listener her life lessons and tools to overcoming challenges that we all face. I particular love that Coral reminds the listener to "Honour themselves" and provides them with practical, gentle steps towards a life of satisfaction and happiness.
Towards the end of this podcast Coral reveals to the listener how she went about writing her book and what steps are involved, for those keen to become authors themselves.
