Like many of you, I am shocked, confused, and feeling helpless in the face of such immense destruction in a city I have called my home for almost a decade.
It’s been a surreal experience to watch all of this unfold on my screen as I’m working abroad this month.
I have put together this episode of Powerful Stuff with my friend @madelinesteitz where she shares her own personal experience about what was helpful when she lost her home to a fire in 2021, tips to be of support to those you know who have lost homes this time, and then we end the episode with a 10 minute meditation to find internal grounding amidst the chaos.
