Why is congruence important? When there is a lack of congruence in who we are privately and who we present to the world, the marketplace, our community -- there is discord, distrust, and conflict.
This has meaning and implications for us personally, for our families and relationships, our teams, and our companies and businesses.
Can you identify your top three character traits that are congruent with who you are privately and publicly? Now identify the three traits - or areas - of incongruence. What will happen with ongoing incongruence in these areas? What are the benefits of increasing congruence? What work needs to be done to tighten or close the gaps identified. Do you need the help of a certified professional coach, or a therapist, or a trusted friend?
This inner work is critically important for you to have and experience greater joy, less stress, and higher levels of success. I believe in YOU!
