In this special closing episode of Season Three of the Practical Spirituality Podcast, hosts Gareth and Kim reflect on the journey shared across 24 heartfelt episodes. As the season comes to a close, they pause to revisit the moments and themes that left a lasting impact on each of them.

Gareth shares how recognizing life patterns was a powerful turning point, while Kim reflects on how certain episodes continue to serve as gentle reminders in her own growth. These conversations, layered with honesty and insight, have met listeners in different ways at different times—revealing how spiritual wisdom unfolds uniquely for each person.

Our hosts highlight the evolving nature of these teachings, noting how returning to past episodes can spark new understanding as awareness deepens. They also invite listeners to reflect on the episodes that resonated most personally and to share the insights they’ve carried forward.

While the podcast takes a short break before Season Four, the journey continues in their online community at garethmichael.com. Whether joining for free or exploring more deeply through membership, listeners are encouraged to connect, share experiences, and help shape future podcast content. The season may be ending, but the conversation is far from over—and Gareth and Kim look forward to growing together with their community in the months ahead.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
I'm doing good this evening.
How are you doing?

Speaker 1 (00:33):
I am good.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
We made it.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
We made it.
We've done it Another seasonunder our belt 24 episodes.
Pretty impressive we're gettingthere.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
Yeah, from actually looking back, we've covered a
lot of ground.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
We have.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
Like all good things, it has to come to an end.
We couldn't continue seasonthree forever.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
No, we could not, and you know we need a much needed
little break before we startdoing some of our live episodes
that we will do on our community.
If people are interested infinding that, yes.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Taking a little break .
We have plenty of ideas of Iknow what we want to do for
season four and I think that'swhat's been interesting over the
last few weeks, I think evenwhen we got to episode 20, even
we were kind of just discussingbehind the scenes of how many
episodes do we actually want tohave in season three, what does
that mean for season fourTimelines just organizing our
future projects.

(01:31):
But in the meantime, we'redefinitely going to be over on
the online community and ifpeople are interested, they can
go over to garethmichaelcom andwe do have something for
everyone.
There is a free tier, there isa paid tier, there's different
perks, but the free tier you doget access to the community and
lots of little perks andbenefits and just connecting
with like-minded people.

(01:51):
So if you do want to stay intouch and even have some
recommendations of things youwould like to hear us talk about
in future, please jump overthere and join and we'd love to
see you there.
And it's just really nice theidea to connect with people who
have been following us on thisjourney and journeying with us
for the last three seasons.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Absolutely, and I think being able to be in touch
with like-minded people isimportant, and we really do want
to hear what people want tohear us talk about and hear our
take on it, because we dosometimes have a very
interesting take on life.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
You think so?

Speaker 1 (02:23):
I think, so I do.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
We'd love to hear your feedback on the podcast and
the things you agree with, disagree with the journey you've
been on with us, as you've beenlistening to our journeys
throughout these episodes.
So, as I mentioned, there'ssomething for everyone over in
the community.
There's the free tier andthere's the paid tier, and we'd
just love to hear from you so wecan all continue to journey
together and to continue openingup these very interesting

(02:45):
conversations that, I'm happy tosay, continue to have a
positive impact in people'slives and have them questioning
their own journeys anddiscovering themselves in new
ways.
Maybe they didn't think waspossible.
So, kim and I get so much fromdoing this podcast.
Yes, we're gonna have a littlebreak from doing this season.
We're really looking forward tothe next season and in the
meantime, we're not goinganywhere.

(03:06):
You can join the community andcontinue this exploration with
Kim and I until season fourcomes out, which we're not sure
when it'll happen, but I have nodoubt it'll happen soon
beautiful.
We'd love to see everybody therebut to end the season, I think
Kim and I would love to talkabout season three itself
because, as I said at the startof this episode, we've covered a

(03:27):
lot of ground and I think it'sonly when we started to review
all the different episodes, allthe different titles that came
rushing back of the journeywe've been on over the last 24
weeks and I think it'sinteresting when we talk about
what stood out for us and whatwere some of our favorite
episodes.
So I don't know if you want togo first and talk about what are

(03:48):
a few of the ones that wereyour most favorite well, I think
what's interesting about, Ithink, listen listening to any
persons or people's podcasts isthat the impact an episode can
have on a person really dependson where they're at when they
listen to it.
Because I think that's beenwhat's interesting the feedback
that even if someone's listeningto an episode from season one

(04:10):
or season two, never mind seasonthree, even though they've
heard it before, if they'velistened to an old episode today
, it's hit them differentlybecause they're at a very
different space or time in theirlife.
Now.
And that's what I love aboutsharing these episodes is
because I think we listen to anepisode when we're meant to and
it always has a different impactdepending on where we're at.
So even in looking back overthe last season, there's
definitely been a few that, eventhough I know I look forward to

(04:33):
listening back to in ourconversations.
And for me there's been seven inparticular out of the 24
episodes that stick out for me.
So, from going back to the verystart, the Patterns and
Triggers episode, I think, isone that really sticks out for
me.
So, from going back to the verystart, the patterns and
triggers episode, I think, isone that really sticks out for
me.
Even another episode healthyconfrontation, living in the
present moment, what we fearabout fear, breaking down

(04:55):
communication, um, caring whatpeople think and finally,
reparenting self.
So they are the seven episodesthat I actually really got a lot
out of, even in ourconversation, and there were
some really just helpfulreminders that I know I'll go
back to time and time again.
So I know there's similaroverlap in some of the episodes
that made an impact on you oryou enjoyed this season.

(05:16):
So what are some of the onesthat stick out for you?

Speaker 1 (05:18):
Well, I found it funny when I was reviewing them,
because I would say that all ofthe episodes that stood out
that I really liked and I wouldwant to go back and revisit are
all very pertinent to my journeyand obviously I'm still growing
in those areas.
So, like patterns and triggers,I remember the very first

(05:40):
moment that I started to workout that there were actually
patterns happening in my lifeand the impact that that had,
that I was like, oh wow, if Ican work this out, then maybe I
can change some of the patternsthat are happening.
So it was a real eye-opener andI still get as fascinated with

(06:01):
it today as I did in the earlydays and also when we did the
episode.
So for me, of course, living inthe present moment that is a
huge, as I'm sure anyonelistening would know that I'm
always going on about beingpresent and present moment
awareness.
Another one was do we need hopefor me?

(06:21):
Awareness.
Another one was do we need hopefor me?
So obviously many times in mylife I've hit rock bottom and
hope was definitely necessary.
So that would always have awarm spot in my heart.
But another one that some peoplemight be surprised about is
feeling invisible.
So I really loved exploringthat because that also was an

(06:44):
area of my life that I didn'tunderstand for so many years.
And then, of course, thebreakdown of communication and
how important communication is.
I really love that becausethat's close to my heart.
And reparenting self I canhonestly say that is one of my
favorites because that is whatgave me the most insight to

(07:10):
myself when I startedreparenting myself.
So I love all those episodes.
I thought they were fantastic.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
I look back over the last season, I'm actually very
proud of what we've created.
I actually think we've had alot of laughs along the way.
We've healed and exploreddifferent parts of ourselves,
you and I, and it's just reallyenjoyable sharing this with all
our listeners.
So, again, I'd really lookforward to continuing this
journey into season four.
But in the meantime, as I said,we're over on the community and

(07:42):
even to hear back what episodeshad more of an impact on you
versus others, and what this maybe brought up in you and the
areas you start to explorewithin yourself, and we'd just
love to hear what you would likeKim and I to continue to
explore, and even for ideas forseason four.
So please don't be shy.
We'd love to meet you all.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
And I'd really really love to get feedback on what
some of these episodes broughtup for people, because I'm
genuinely curious, gareth.
I'm genuinely curious as towhen people are listening to it,
just what does it bring up,whether that is, they firmly
disagree with us, or if they'relike, oh wow, quite often I hear

(08:22):
oh, I never thought about itlike that.
I never looked at it that way.
So please come over to thecommunity, join us and give us
some feedback, because that'swhat's going to make Season 4 so
great when we can hear what isbrought up for you and maybe we
can talk about some of thosetopics.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
Yeah, couldn't agree more.
So if anyone's interested injoining the free tier of the
community there's a link in thepodcast episode description of
this episode you can go over togarethmichaelcom and be guided
there, and we'd love to see youover there.
So thank you all for makingthis season three of what it's
been and we can't wait to doseason four.

(09:01):
So thank you all for supportingthe podcast and we hope to see
you and season four.
