C'est le défi que je te propose dans ce "Presence Loop Challenge" et ça commence demain, le samedi 28 octobre 2023 ! Pourquoi "Loop" ? Pour te soutenir dans ta pratique, j'ai réalisé 7 vidéos de pratique guidée au format short. Comme tu le sais probablement, ce format vertical tourne en boucle tant que tu ne balaies pas la vidéo. Tu peux donc choisir de savourer la short juste une fois... ou en boucle en t'installant plus profondément dans la pratique. Une vidéo sera publiée sur YouTube chaque matin à 6h (heure français), du samedi 28 octobre au vendredi 3 novembre 2023. Alors motivé(e) ?
