Je te partage ici une réflexion sur la manière dont les médias peuvent devenir des prisons mentales terriblement anxiogènes et addictives si nous n'y prenons pas garde. Une invitation à ouvrir et transformer son regard sur le monde et sur l'humain, à revenir à une réalité plus douce, plus consciente, plus créative au sein de son quotidien et avec ses proches.
