Il se confie aussi sur sa dynamique familiale et le deuil difficile du décès de sa mère 🕊️❤️
On discute également de l’importance de la thérapie, de prendre soin de soi, et de rester ancré malgré les grands succès, pour éviter de perdre le contrôle. 🧘♂️
Il partage aussi les défis qu’il vit encore aujourd’hui, même à ce stade de sa carrière, notamment l’anxiété causée par les chiffres sur les réseaux sociaux: les vues, abonnés, likes… tout ce qu’un créateur de contenu, même rendu à son niveau de carrière, ressent. 📱😰
Enfin, il nous parle franchement d’un moment où il a perdu pied, ce qui lui a coûté des contrats de films et de séries et de comment la thérapie l’a aidé à reprendre le dessus 🔥👀.
