Host Ankur Patel, MD, MBA, FAAFP, interviews Adam Burrows, MD, Medical Director of Upham’s PACE, an organization of the Upham's Corner Health Center. A geriatrician and assistant professor of medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine, Dr. Burrows is active in promoting and supporting integrated models of community-based care for frail and disabled older adults. He is a member of the National PACE Association’s (NPA’s) Board of Directors and serves as chair of the NPA’s Primary Care Committee and editor of the PACE Medical Director's Handbook. Additionally, Dr. Burrows is a health services consultant for the Rural PACE Project and is chair of the Rural PACE Ethics Committee.
