Get ready for the political sensation with super host and
news breaker Preston Olsen. Ladies and gentlemen, ladies and
gentlemen, welcome to Preston Super Show.
This is the 88th installment of the Super News and there are
over 500 episodes of Preston Super Show across all podcast

(00:28):
platforms. Listen, wherever you like, 14
NFL games this week, starting with Thursday night's game
between the Baltimore Ravens, first the Miami Dolphins, then I
have two bonus college football games for you for Thursday
night. Yes, talking about the picks,

(00:51):
money lines, point spreads, the place to find some space.
That's right, Scott Descent, Treasury Secretary of the United
States has finalized the agreement and the deal.
The sale of TikTok is done. It is officially no longer owned

(01:14):
by Chinese nationalist. First up, Baltimore Ravens
versus the Miami Dolphins 715 kickoff.
Watch it on Prime Video. This one is going to be
interesting. Both of these teams need to win.
Won't be surprised if we see overtime total at 51 1/2.

(01:38):
Dolphins are the plus 7 1/2 underdogs at home at the spread
and the plus 320 underdogs on the money line.
What I like about this game is both teams are basically
identical in what they're going to have to do to win.
The game plan is going to be eerily similar. 2 good backs for

(02:02):
both teams. Got some decent receivers on
both sides like Zay Flowers on the Ravens, Jalen Waddle on the
Dolphins, but you know they're covering a lot of ground without
Tyra kill. The Ravens will have Lamar
Jackson back, so that will help. And I do like the Ravens chances

(02:26):
in this game, but -7 1/2 is verysteep.
Give me the points with the Dolphins plus 7 1/2 total goes
over 51 1/2. Ravens win.
It's uncomfortable that they're -425 on the money line, but they
win and we step on Next step. We're looking at Sunday Night

(02:52):
Football noon kickoff. Watch it on CBS.
Chicago Bears take on the Cincinnati Bengals.
Bears are four and two. Bengals are three and five total
at 51 1/2. Bengals are plus 2 1/2 underdogs
at home and the plus 125 money line underdogs.

(03:15):
Joe Flacco's questionable in this game.
Shoulder AC joint, you might play.
Trey Hendrickson, another big name, their best defender, he
might play and they have Logan Wilson questionable as well.
Those are impactful for the Bears.

(03:35):
Romeo Dunze is questionable witha heel injury, DJ Moore
questionable. The K is questionable.
Ross Jones Johnson questionable.Cole Comet questionable pull.
Offense banged up for the Bears.I don't like them in this game.
I am not that enthused with either team, but the Bengals

(03:57):
have some fight left in them. Total goes under 51 1/2.
Bengals cover the spread plus 2 1/2 and they went plus 125.
They have enough on offense. Doesn't matter who's a
quarterback as long as he gets the ball out.
I mean, they have plenty of talent on offense.

(04:20):
Next up, Minnesota Vikings take on the Detroit Lions.
Watch it on FOX Noon Kickoff. Vikings are three and four this
year. The Lions are five and two.
This is going to be a very good game.
The total is at 48 1/2. Vikings are plus 9 1/2 underdogs

(04:41):
at the spread and the plus 380 money line underdogs.
You're looking at both teams having what they need to
compete. Carson Wentz is out.
Vikings should be getting JJ back here.
Lions are rested up though five and two on the season.

(05:05):
The Vikings 3:00 and 4:00 and they really shouldn't even have
three wins. They're not good divisional
game. So I like the Vikings at the
spread plus 9 1/2, but this could be a route.
Total goes over 48 1/2. Lions win, Jared Goff, Amaranth

(05:29):
St. Brown, Jameer Gibbs, David
Montgomery to back him up, and then just, you know, kind of a
myriad of other players that getinvolved here still looking for
a little bit more out of their offense because they're just
kind of taking advantage of bad defense.

(05:51):
We shall see. Next up, here are my favorites,
the Green Bay Packers. They're playing the Carolina
Panthers. The Packers are at home.
This one's at Lambeau Field. I'm not impressed with the
Panthers. I like the running back Rico
Dowdy, 106 carries, 2 touchdowns, 605 rushing yards.

(06:14):
But he kind of had a late start. They weren't giving him the
lion's share of the carries. But the Panthers are coming off
a smack down where they just gotsmacked around by the Bills.
Packers have been balling. They've won their last three,
and before that they tied with the Cowboys.

(06:35):
Took it to overtime. This is a team that is built for
the long haul. So there's a couple
questionables. Kristen Watson, obviously, like
I said, he's back for how long, we shall see because this guy's
always hurt. Some guys are injured from Josh

(06:55):
Jacobs. He's questionable.
He doesn't really look right. Our our backup running back had
a much better game than he did. And then you have Jordan Morgan,
who's got an illness so I hope he feels better.
And Clay Walker, questionable, but that guy's a tank so don't
worry about him. The Packers defense is going to

(07:16):
be crazy good this week. If Christian Watson plays, the
offense is going to really open up.
I do like the over because at some point the Panthers have to
score. If they don't, then this Packers
defense is for real. But I do think at some point the

(07:37):
Panthers score some points here plus 13 1/2.
I like for the Panthers. Yes, total goes over 44 1/2.
But the Packers win, the Packerswin this game because they they
just have more. They're a better team.
They're comfortable at home and they've had a good run here to

(07:58):
build some camaraderie, to buildsome rhythm.
First half looked terrible for them last week, second-half,
unstoppable. So with that momentum and that
mentality, you're looking at a Panthers team that is beating
themselves in many cases and in a lot of ways just aren't that

(08:18):
talented. And that's just the way the
league shakes out sometimes. So Packers win that, Panthers
cover the spread plus 13 1/2 garbage time and boom, there it
is, 13 1/2 they cover, but they lose.
And you know it'll be like a 12 or 11 point loss for the

(08:40):
Panthers. And then you have the total of
44 1/2, which goes over because like I said, at some point the
Packers dominate and run up their score.
But then the Panthers score somepoints and you get an over.
Next game we have the Los Angeles Chargers versus the

(09:01):
Tennessee Titans, and the Titanshave just fallen apart.
One and seven. They're ugly.
You know, the teams that are really bad are really bad.
The teams that have a bad recordare really bad.
The teams that have winning records, 50% of those teams are

(09:22):
really good. The rest are absolutely luck and
out. Chargers are five and three.
Titans are one and seven O and three at home in the Nissan
Stadium. Oh gosh, you guys are going to
be used car Stadium. Nobody's getting a Nissan this
year. Total of 43 1/2.

(09:44):
Titans are plus 9 1/2 underdogs at the spread.
They have to cover that. That's like a Super Bowl win.
If they cover that and they're plus 400 on the money line, it's
not happening. Herbert's Roland, once again, a
little bit sporadic. Chargers lost both the running
backs. I don't know what's going on

(10:05):
here. Can no one run for this team?
If Hassan Haskin plays, that will be wonderful for the
Chargers. I know they're really helping.
That guy can play. You know, here's the thing.
I really think Keenan Allen is areally good player.
He's given a lot to the sport. But if that's your best receiver

(10:27):
and you guys are dominating, then we know exactly what's
going on here. Total goes under 43 1/2 Titans
cover 9 1/2. Chargers win -600 just insane.
Next noon game, Atlanta Falcons first, the New England Patriots.
Watch it on CBS. Falcons are three and four in

(10:50):
the year. Patriots are six and two.
They're rolling. They're hot.
Drake May much better than CalebWilliams, much better than
Michael Phoenix Junior, probablybetter than Kirk Cousins.
Time will tell. This one's on CBS though, so
this is going to be interesting.Total at 44 1/2.

(11:15):
Patriots are the -5 1/2 home favorites.
I like that, although I think the Falcons will find a way to
screw it up and the Patriots will cover that spread.
The Falcons are just botching it-225 yeah, the Patriots win
this. Yep.

(11:36):
I don't like anything from the Falcons.
I don't particularly like anything from the Falcons right
now. Somehow they have three wins.
Getting lucky, you know, 4 losses.
Patriots are just built better. They're a good team.
Patriots play team football. Team football wins most of the

(11:58):
time. If you don't have top talent,
team football will give you a winning record, playoff chances,
possibly an opportunity to go farther.
Total of 48 1/2 for this next game where the 49ers will take
on the Giants noon kickoff. Watch it on CBS. 49ers are five

(12:19):
and three. Giants are two and six.
The Giants season has gone downhill.
It's falling apart. They're plus 2 1/2 at the
spread, plus 125 in the money line with Scatabo going to IR.
Gruesome injury. Don't even watch that.
And then the rest of their team just doesn't look with it.

(12:41):
The 49ers are going to come in here and roll and they should
stick with Mac Jones. That needs to be their
quarterback. I know they went out of their
way to try to do something, but you guys, Mac Jones is your guys
quarterback. Stop playing around.
You know, and I understand you guys spent a lot of money on a

(13:02):
lot of things, but Brock Birdie is questionable.
Just keep playing. Mac Jones 49ers covered the
spread -2 1/2 total goes over 481/2. 49ers win -145
Historically, that game between the 49ers and the Giants is

(13:24):
historically always good and hasalways been kind of a rivalry.
Then we get the next noon kickoff game.
Indianapolis Colts versus the Steelers.
Colts are 7 and one. Steelers are four and three.
It was smart for the Steelers tobring in Marquez Valdez,
Scantling junior, to really helpout Rodgers.

(13:46):
I think that does help him out alot.
Total's at 50 1/2. Steelers are plus 3 1/2
underdogs at the spread at home.Money line at plus 145.
The Colts are rolling. They're hot. 7 and one on the
year. Jonathan Taylor is a monster.
The Steelers defense is beatable.

(14:07):
They're four and three, two and two at home.
They're not that impressive. I doubt the running back.
You know, no one's talking aboutthis guy.
Jalen Warren doesn't even have atouchdown and try to make him
out to be a beast. He's got to even have a
touchdown, dude. Rodgers is taking all the shine
away from his team. He is.
And Metcalf, his top receiver, is not happy.

(14:31):
Not happy. They're they're about to have a
Metcalf meltdown over there. So enjoy that the Packers showed
them who the boss was and that it was right to move on from
Rogers. And now the Colts are going to
probably just dash this team to pieces on the field because I

(14:51):
don't see how the Colts lose this game unless they beat
themselves. Jones is rolling.
He's got great awareness in the pocket.
He has all the receivers he needs.
I mean, he has all the talent heneeds.
They'll be fine. Colts win, they cover -3 1/2 -,

(15:13):
170 is also a great place to be.That's a great bet.
I like the total 50 1/2 that Steelers defense can be rundown.
Won't take too long. Next up, we get the Denver
Broncos versus Houston Texans noon kickoff.
Watch it on Fox. Total of 40 1/2 Texans are -1

(15:36):
1/2 favorites at the spread -125on the money line.
I like what Bo Nicks, JK Dobbins, Cortland Sutton and
this Broncos defense is doing OK.
The offense is doing their thing.
They got a three headed monster and their defense is doing their
thing. Texans defense has not been as
good as advertised and I don't hold much stock in them right

(16:03):
now. In this particular game, I
believe they're outmatched. Total goes over 40 1/2.
The Broncos cover the spread plus 1 1/2 and they win plus one
O 5. Watch it on fox noon kickoff.
Next up, Jacksonville Jaguars first the Las Vegas Raiders.

(16:25):
This is the three O 5:00 PM game.
Jaguars are four and three in the year.
Raiders are two and five and they stink.
Both teams are trending towards stinky.
I think this game goes under 44 1/2 Raiders cover plus 2 1/2
Jacksonville wins -155 adds to the humiliation of this Raiders

(16:50):
season. Next up, New Orleans Saints
versus the Los Angeles Rams. Good game here.
Not the Saints are no good. They're shuffling quarterbacks
around. They're about to start a rookie.
He's going to have a heck of a time.
Rams or -14 1/2 at the spread. They cover that.

(17:12):
Stafford's going to roll the running back.
Carver Williams will roll. The receivers will just outclass
the Saints secondary that's thinned out and the Saints just
look like a shell of themselves.Total goes under 43 1/2.
This game's going to go quick. This will be one of the quickest

(17:32):
games. Three O 5:00 PM kick off.
Watch it on Fox. Rams win -1600 on the money
line. Then we're looking at the Kansas
City Chiefs versus the Buffalo Bills. 3:25 PM kick off.
Chiefs are five and three on theseason.
Bills are five and two. Chiefs turn the season around.

(17:54):
Total of 52 1/2. Bills are plus 2 1/2 at the
spread and plus 1/15 on the money line.
I do like the Bills in this game.
The Chiefs on the road frustratethemselves and they'll frustrate
me picking them. Bills win, they cover the
spread. That total.
I really like the total to go under 52 1/2.

(18:18):
We have made it to Sunday Night Football.
We are looking at the Seattle Seahawks versus the Washington
Commanders. Seahawks are five and two on the
year. Commanders are three and five on
the season. NBC is where you can watch it.
7:20 PM kickoff total set at 47 1/2.
Commanders are the plus 2 1/2 favorites at the spread and the

(18:41):
plus 140 money line underdogs. You're looking at Sam Darnold up
against Jayden Daniels. And I like what this commander's
team used to be. I like what they used to be.
They've like fallen off a Cliff here.
So when they get Jayden Daniels in the mix, I think it helps.

(19:04):
But no Terry Mclaurin, no dice. I got to go with the Seahawks
here. The Seahawks win this game and
you know, it's hard for me to see that because they're not
great on the road, but they've done enough on the road to show
me, you know what they they're, they haven't lost there, so we

(19:25):
have to take them. The Seahawks win this.
They cover that spread of -2 1/2total goes under 47 1/2.
Not enough -165 on the money line for the Seahawks final game
for the NFL from this week in week nine of the NFL season.

(19:50):
We are halfway there, folks. Monday you're looking at Arizona
versus Dallas and this Cardinalsteam may get Kyler Murray back.
The Cowboys are three and four. Cardinals are two and five.
Neither of these teams look too good, and the Cowboys are three,
4:00 and 1:00 because of the tiewith the Pack.

(20:12):
Neither of these teams look thatgood.
I like an under in this game of 53 1/2 under that Cardinals
cover plus 2 1/2 Cowboys win -135 This will be on ABC 7:15 PM
Kick off. How about that?

(20:33):
Next up, we're moving into, you guessed, the college football,
the bonus games I have for you. Let's go to finish out the 88th
installment of the Super news. We are talking about college
football for Thursday night. First game I'm going to speak
about. Watch it on ESPN 2 when the

(20:56):
Marshall Thundering heard chargethe Coastal Carolina
Chanticleers. Marshall is four and three on
the season. Coastal Carolina's four and
three on the season total at 54 1/2.
Coastal Carolina plus 6 1/2 had to spread and on the money line
there plus 210 to win. I like what this Marshall

(21:21):
Thundering herd has. I am not impressed with Coastal
Carolina. 3 touchdowns, 3 interceptions for the
quarterback. Ted Hudson, They have a running
back here. Javen Simpkins, Terrible,
absolutely trash. And you have Marshall, who their
quarterback alone will be able to beat this Coastal Carolina

(21:44):
team again, they've got four wins.
Somehow they found ways to beat teams you wouldn't even think
of. Marshall's going to Thunder
ahead in this game and it'll be good for them.
They have a very talented wide receiver in DeMarcus Lacy 35
receptions, 4 touchdowns, 484 receiving yards.

(22:08):
But you look at the quarterback here for Marshall, Carlos Del
Rio Wilson 9400 and 2112 touchdowns to 1 interception
ratio with 1133 passing yards and 347 rushing yards with four
rushing touchdowns on 84 carries.
Get ready for Marshall to win this game.

(22:30):
Total goes under 54 1/2. Marshall covers a spread -6 1/2.
They do win on the money line -250.
Next step, Our final game of this evening and it has been a
beautiful Thursday. God bless you.
Total is 54 1/2 for this one where the two lane Green Wave

(22:55):
take on the UTSA Roadrunners. The Roadrunners or plus 5 1/2 at
the spread and plus 180 on the money line.
A lot to like about this game outside of the batting folks and
sports in general. But when you're looking at

(23:16):
Marshall, again, a similar situation.
Alaskan, they have a quarterbackthat can do it all.
They have a wide receiver in Shaz Preston who is finally
hitting his stride as he caught his first touchdown of the year
against Army last week in a 24 to 17 victory.
We'll look back at UTSA and whatthey have to say because this

(23:38):
team is not going to lay down. This game is going over 54 1/2
total points because it is in the Alamodome.
UTSA will not cover that spread.Tulane will at -5 1/2 in Tulane

(24:00):
wins this game -215 on the arm and back of their quarterback
Jake Brett Slip. He's having an incredible year
folks. 6 touchdown to 1 interception ratio, 1428 passing
yards, 450 rushing yards and eight rushing touchdowns.

(24:24):
Get this guy some candy corn because Tulane is not playing
truck or treat when it comes to tonight's action.
Are you ready for some football now?
I hope you are. Let's talk about our Scripture
of the day before I sign off andbid you adieu.

(24:47):
Our scripture passage of the daycomes from the King James
Version of the Bible in the bookof Genesis chapter 12, verse 3.
And I will bless them that blessthee, and curse him that curseth
thee. And in thee shall all families

(25:09):
of the earth be blessed. Father God, please bless this
word we have read to you. In Jesus name we pray.
Amen, Ladies and gentlemen, justlike the hands of time, I'm
turning it over to you. Goodnight and God bless song
