I would say most of our problems in life can be solved or aided by better communication. If not by communication by itself then by knowing how to communicate with the right people at the right time.

If you think you're a good or great communicator you better check yourself against the 7 38 55 rule to be sure. I tend to think I'm a good communicator but this rule has opened my eyes and I now try to measure myself against it to keep moving in the right direction.
