- Monsanto received a recent verdict for $175 million but they appealed and filed a post-trial motion due to what they called a "confused jury". The judge wasn't having it.
- A particular type of hernia mesh, stratus mesh, is made out of pigskin which has caused many people's bodies to reject it. The first trial was March 4th and the proceedings will likely take around 3 weeks to reach a verdict/settlement. Stay tuned for more info on this breaking case!
- Two people are suing a Kratom manufacturer's marketing company, Ashlynn Marketing group for not disclosing the addictive qualities of the products they were promoting.
- More eye drop recalls - Equate and Lubricant PM Ointment have been recalled due to a dangerous contamination.
- Delta airlines was hit with a lawsuit for over-serving alcohol to a man that purposely ended up running over his wife in the airport parking lot, subsequently killing her.
