(00:00):
Biden will pardon?
His son, hunter Biden, a CNN chiefnational affairs correspondent.
Jeff Zeleny we are just getting astatement from president Joe Biden.
He's saying that today before.
We find a pardon?
For my son hunter.
And he goes through the reasoning.
Why?
Of course, hunter is facing a sentencing.
later this month, but, thisis, , a really a monumental
(00:20):
moment for president Biden.
He said several months ago in June.
, when he was still seeking areelection, that he would not.
Pardon hunter Biden, but now we're learning.
He is.
Yes.
You heard it right.
President Biden ispardoning his son, hunter.
, just other week, he pardoned.
Uh, Turkey.
(00:41):
I guess a Turkey can also be your son.
He's just started.
Another tradition.
Today, we're going to go into justhow this affects the pardon process.
(01:16):
Hello everyone.
And welcome to a prisoners part inpodcasts with me, your host Meechie, J.
Today.
We got a great show heretoday because it is very.
It's not something I expected to do,but I just had to jump in on this.
(01:36):
As you all know, president Bidenhas pardoned his son, hunter.
And we're going to talk today, howthis affects the part in process.
It doesn't affect.
Us.
Let's just say.
How it affects the part in process is.
(01:58):
Rules for the pinata for me.
Well, the Biden family.
Sorry.
I had to try and rhyme thatbecause we have to laugh about it.
Otherwise, you can get extremelyupset at the justice system.
Are we surprised though?
(02:18):
If you are, please let me knowand I'll be happy to sell you.
Uh, London bridge.
This is not surprising.
We've talked on this show about.
Uh, government accountability.
How the justice system.
Has different tiers.
One such show is when Tony Violawas on and he talked about.
(02:41):
How the federal government system.
This is not fair.
We are seeing today.
What we already knew.
. That the justice system is not fair being.
A pardon advocate.
I want to write and say, everybody deserves a pardon.
(03:05):
Because this was blatant.
Disrespect.
This was blatantly.
Above the law.
And everybody that's locked up.
According to the criteria that was used.
Everyone deserves a pardon?
But what made this one even moreinteresting is he pardoned him?
(03:27):
He just didn't pardon him for thethree federal felony gun charges.
He pardoned him.
For 10 years from.
January of 2014.
To 2024 December, I believe is the date.
And that means he couldhave done anything.
(03:50):
No one has seen a pardon.
Like this before.
He is set a new precedent.
On how to give pardons.
This is incredible.
If you are in prison, if you haveloved ones that are in prison.
(04:10):
You should be.
Upset because this is.
It's.
Unbelievable.
What was just done.
This is a blatant slap in theface to everyone that's locked up.
Everyone does trying to get pardons.
That just because you're rich.
(04:32):
And you're powerful.
You have these friends?
That you can get a part in.
Easily.
I wonder, did he even submit paperwork?
All you have to do.
I mean, I don't, it's not something,you know, a lot of people talk
(04:53):
about their he's bringing up.
He talks about the reasonings.
Why.
He gave hunter.
Uh, pardon?
He said.
His son was being unduly prosecuted.
Is that accurate to say, how can we.
(05:16):
So he's saying that.
The people that prosecutedhim, a jury of his peers.
Was persecuting him.
Okay.
Okay.
Say if they were, we have plentyof people that's locked up.
That that has been done too.
But.
Are they.
(05:37):
Punished.
Oh, and Danny said, because he's been.
Sober.
He's not been on drugs fora while and he deserves.
You know, Uh, reprieve.
He, he shouldn't be prosecuted.
Well, How many cases do we have like that?
(05:57):
Where people are not doing drugs anymore.
They don't even want to do themanymore, but they're still prosecuted.
How fair is this?
I will admit.
I get very angry whenI hear stuff like that.
But then I calm down whenI understand how God.
(06:18):
How he looks at these things.
Believe me.
Justice will be done.
And it will be done . FromGod, because the government.
Is no longer recognizing the law.
Is above everyone.
Which we already knew.
Hunter.
(06:38):
I feel.
Feel for you?
And he's saying that.
He's, he will never takethe part from granted.
Nobody takes a part in for granted.
But you got so Dean Nobodyelse have ever had.
In this government.
(07:00):
I hope you do appreciate it.
Because.
Boy, have you.
Have you.
Really started something.
Again, We advocate for pardons here.
For those who are looking to geta part in that deserve a pardon.
That meet the requirements.
(07:20):
And.
Looking at what's done here.
He didn't do a lick of time.
It must be nice.
But, you know, I look at thisand I feel sorry for them
because justice will be done.
And it would have been easierfor him to do this time.
It would've been actually better for him.
(07:41):
He could have learned something.
It's too bad.
He could have got really cleaned up.
I don't think theyunderstand the ramifications.
So this.
But.
We hear on the differenttier, the bottom tiers.
We see this all the time.
We've been seeing thisin justice all the time.
(08:02):
It is no surprise.
That this was done.
Not at all.
The Republicans are upset.
The Democrats are upset.
I believe with libertarians are upset.
Hey.
That's the law is he can pardon his son.
And that's what was done, but.
(08:23):
Hey.
Moving forward people.
This has just made a mockeryout of the pardon system.
The law.
And when we look.
To get a part in.
We should.
Bring up this case.
Of how.
Someone can get a blanket.
(08:44):
Pardon?
For 10 years.
I
can't be tried.
He could've committed murder.
And he won't be tried for that.
It kind of reminds meof God's pardon though.
I can't help, but reflect on that.
He gives us a full pardon andit does cover us for eternity.
(09:08):
And that's what we all need.
So.
When I look at this and look at my own.
Since as we all should.
We should be appreciative of.
Our Lord and savers.
Pardon?
And he can give us.
Uh, pardon?
And our father.
(09:29):
Way better than biting.
Can you give us the best part inever, and that's an eternal pardon?
So.
When you look at this case.
And you start to get angry.
Think about that.
I understand that.
Even though our justice system.
Is corrupt.
(09:50):
God's justice system is not.
There is no.
Body above.
The law.
Of sin.
Everybody will be held accountable, regardless if they're in the
government or not, they hold apresidential position or not.
A lawyer, it doesn't matter.
(10:12):
Where are you at?
So.
Unfortunately.
He's not going to learn this lesson.
That.
Really could really makea difference in his life.
And that it may look likesomething beneficial.
It's not when you look at it, howGod looks at it and understand.
(10:35):
That he is the one in charge.
. Don't worry.
His will will be done in this situation.
In the meantime.
Thank you for listening to the short.
Talk.
On pardons.
Because it is important.
This was just another.
(10:56):
Current, look at pardons in how theyaffect our justice system and how.
We need to look at pardons.
Ourselves for our loved onesemail me at Michelle that's.
M I C H E L L E at prisoners.
Pardon?
(11:17):
Dot com we here help assist people.
Get pardons.
And this is motivating me more thanever to help people get pardons.
When I see things like this.
So.
Thank you for listening.
And may you have a weekfilled with blessings?
