Between client sessions, family life, and everything else on your plate, it’s easy for your business plan to slip to the bottom of the list—or disappear altogether. In this episode, I share how I learned to plan for results (and actually achieve them, mostly!) in my own practice, even with ADHD, busy schedules, and a million distractions.
